      QuickBooks stole our money, we had a client wire deposit for a job we did, and QuickBooks closed our account without notifying us, they wont release the funds back to our client so he can write us a check instead, and they said they basically can hold the funds indefinitely and cant give a time frame and its already been three weeks. Theyre holding the phones hostage and *** read numerous other reviews that they have done this to other businesses as well. They basically take the money, hold it hostage and wont release the funds back to the person that sent them or release them to the person that supposed to receive them and they closed accounts without any heads up or reasons to why they close the account so we literally cant access anything. This is the most bizarre business practices Ive ever seen in my life Ive been on the phone on hold for 10+ hours over the last week just to get no help from anyone let alone supervisors. They stole $1500 from us. They need to be investigated for fraud. If you look them up, theres countless reviews online and on their website about them committing fraud on other peoples accounts, taking their money and closing their accounts without ever releasing the funds and holding them hostage.

      QuickBooks security is extremely weak and provides no protection for their customers. They allowed $30,000 in fraudulent payroll activity and are taking no responsibility. Their two-step identification does not work. They were to put my account on fraud hold once the fraud was reported, they didnt, which allowed the hackers to attempt stealing another $24,000. QuickBooks tells us it is our loss if they cant retrieve the money back and then charges us multiple hundreds in fees on top of this.

      I paid $1000 for live booking keeping service to clean up my books back in January 2021. The live book keeper that was assigned to me ************ kept going back and forth with me about all the info that I provided stating that it was not valid and she did not start my clean up. I finally provided everything that I could and now she is not responding to me. I have a tax deadline to meet of APril 15th. I scheduled a callback from her on March 09 and she did not call me back. I've been sending her messages for 3 days now without a response. I need this completed or a refund issued!!

      Bought update in February 2022 with all the emails they sent and was notified it was for 1 year once loaded (loaded mid May) as current version expired end of May. Was charged in February 2023 called CS and said it would be handled but didn't happened. Paid for yearly payroll in December 2022 and now getting bill due March 2023. WARNING GET SOMETHING DIFFERENT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

      I have purchased intuit programs over the years to the tune of no less than six products. I purchased the 2020 version in May of 2020. When I tried to reinstall it this month on a newer machine because the old machine is not working as well, I was told this was suspended but not reason why. I can't find my original paperwork, but I have my license number. They tell me it is under a different name. How can that be? They won't give me any other information and say I have to purchase a new product. This is what today's customer service has come to. There is no recourse for a loyal customer. I loved the ******************** product, but I can no longer support their requirements to buy up every year when they stop supporting a product that was just purchased a few years ago. To the tune of $550.

      QuickBooks Online Payroll has been taking ************** withholding taxes from our small business since July of 2022, yet not actually paying the taxes. When we received a tax notice and forwarded to QuickBooks, we were told that it would take another ***** days to research. In the meantime, our small business has no idea what QuickBooks has done with more than $30,000.

      quickbooks online has been charging both my of my companies for almost a year for services we have never approved or used . when calling to fix the problem no one seems to have an answer and i just get bounced around rom agent to agent. No one knows how to fix the problem and thy just keep charging my card and no one will cancel the account ot at least fix it to be functional so i could use their service. At this point quickbooks online owes me roughly 2k probably more i am still getting receipts together.

      We purchased ** back in 2022. We paid $500.00 for them to get us all set up. Paid $300.00 a month for a Book Keeper to keep our books current and reconciled. In Jan 2023 we hire an Accountant who is also very familiar with **. He informed us that the ** Book Keeper did not reconcile our Accounts properly and are showing a $30k discrepancy. We are informed that we will need to delete the current ** and install a new one and start all over. We spent approx $1300.00 for ** to get us up todate and reconcile our books for 2022. Its a mess....

      After seeing this company is an F and all these reviews, I cannot believe I didnt look into them before using them, and feel horrible for anyone else who trusts the name without looking at the real service. I have used QuickBooks for years to the recommendation of my accountant. Though I had used them many years ago and was appalled by their customer service and had ended it years ago. I decided to try again. My husbands bank account was hacked and the bank made us close our business account down and open another one to stop the theft and to "protect" us. Because we honor paying our bills, I immediately made the first thing I did was change my account information in Quickbooks. 6 days after I changed my bank account information to the new account, QB debited the old bank account, which obviously would show as Insufficient funds. But quickbooks is linked to the account and qb could see the fraud charges becuase the bank reversed them labeling the credits as fraud. When I noticed the took it out of the wrong account, I didnt wait for them to call me, I immediately called them to say I am not sure why they would debit an old account when I gave them the correct information. They said its because its their policy to not change their debit procedures for 10 days to "protect me from Fraud". (You would think a company who deals in almost everyones bank issues would know if that is the policy or procedure that is best, they would HOLD all transactions for 10 days as well.) But now they needed me to stop conducting my business, risk loosing customers, and run 1.5 hours into the nearest bank and do a wire transfer to settle the bill because they took it out of the wrong account, spite me giving them the correct one. I told them its impossible to do a wire transfer and I need another way to pay. They said nope and sent me to their attorney. They would rather sour their relationships then conduct ethical business.

      I owed Quick books a payment for a sale they covered in behalf of one of my vendors whose credit card payment did not go through. Quickbooks paid me for the transaction but then put my account on hold trying to collect it back. I called over a dozen times to make the payments, tried through their online chat, asked for a manager(never one available and they never call back when promised), and did my best to resolve this issue and pay them back. They will not take a payment over the phone. They will only send a link to make the payment, however, the link NEVER works. MEanwhile, they closed out my account and sent me to collections for a payment I tried to make with them on 10 different occasions. I cannot believe that a company like this cannot figure out how to help their customers. Intuit (quick books) made no attempts to resolve this, call me back, follow up with me, and would never provide a working link to make the payment or take my payment over the phone. After closing my account and sending me to collections, they still owe me money for customers that have paid my invoices through Quick books. Furthermore, quick books has no intention of ever trying to resolve this with me as they keep telling me I have to resolve with collections. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Their representatives do not have enough knowledge to assist and their follow up support, managerial assistance, and return calls are non-existent. They currently have funds of mine tied up that they are refusing to return even though I contacted the collections department and made the payment through them that I was trying to make to Intuit for 3 months. Please be wary of ever using quick books online. Things work fine until you need support and then they give you the runaround and never follow up with you. If you ever have an issue, your account will be closed and sent to collections because they will not help you. Stay away from this company!
