      I owed Quick books a payment for a sale they covered in behalf of one of my vendors whose credit card payment did not go through. Quickbooks paid me for the transaction but then put my account on hold trying to collect it back. I called over a dozen times to make the payments, tried through their online chat, asked for a manager(never one available and they never call back when promised), and did my best to resolve this issue and pay them back. They will not take a payment over the phone. They will only send a link to make the payment, however, the link NEVER works. MEanwhile, they closed out my account and sent me to collections for a payment I tried to make with them on 10 different occasions. I cannot believe that a company like this cannot figure out how to help their customers. Intuit (quick books) made no attempts to resolve this, call me back, follow up with me, and would never provide a working link to make the payment or take my payment over the phone. After closing my account and sending me to collections, they still owe me money for customers that have paid my invoices through Quick books. Furthermore, quick books has no intention of ever trying to resolve this with me as they keep telling me I have to resolve with collections. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Their representatives do not have enough knowledge to assist and their follow up support, managerial assistance, and return calls are non-existent. They currently have funds of mine tied up that they are refusing to return even though I contacted the collections department and made the payment through them that I was trying to make to Intuit for 3 months. Please be wary of ever using quick books online. Things work fine until you need support and then they give you the runaround and never follow up with you. If you ever have an issue, your account will be closed and sent to collections because they will not help you. Stay away from this company!

      My corporation **************** and I, already have a subscription with Quickbooks Desktop Pro Plus 2021. On 12/22/2022 I saw an advertisement on my subscription for another Quickbooks version on line for apparently much less money. I purchased it for a monthly charge of $16.29. This amount was charged on my personal Discover card the same day. I immediately opened the program and realized that the possibilities on this new platform were very inferior to the platform we already have. I called customer service the same day, explained the issue and was told by a very courteous and efficient employee the order was canceled, the charge on my credit card was going to be reversed immediately and that no other charge would incur in the future for this online program.Unfortunately, the greed of the financial department took over, charged me hoping to get free money.

      Ive been using quick books online now for some time. i haven't been able to setup payroll or tsheets.ive been trying to make this work for about 2 years off and on in my spare time. I Found out today they linked my payroll to the wrong account. i have two quick books accounts one with my gmail and one with my yahoo. I paid for payroll from within my yahoo quick books online account. some how it linked to gmail on there back end. I spent about 6 hours on the phone and they are not sure how to fix it. And now the products i had linked to gmail that should remain linked to gmail are now linked yahoo. But payroll for quickbooks online is still linked to gmail and it still doesn't work in my quick books online. I paid 75 bucks per month for something i cant use... thanks. I just wanted to post this in hopes quickbooks gets better support one day.Us small business pay out alot of money for this sort of stuff and we expect it to work and get good support when we need it.

      Hi, We are trying to pay our employees using QuickBooks online. However, our account is on hold. This is because they are trying to draft money out of an account that we do not use and are attempting to close. It is a Quickbooks Checking Account. They won't let us change which bank account we are drafting the money from. The money is there; they just won't let us pay it. More importantly, it's payday. While direct deposit isn't working, we decided to pay using ********** for this week. However, because our account is on hold, they won't let us do that, either. I called Quickbooks and they said, "just reference what you paid your employees last week." This is against GAP. We need to 1) be able to pay our fees using one of the banks we have connected to quickbooks. 2) pay our employees ASAP.

      I want to file a complaint. I have had THE WORST experience of my life with Quickbooks online support. I have been on the phone for over 3 hours and NO ONE has been able to answer simple answers that support representatives should be able to answer. After filing numerous requests to receive a call specifically for a supervisor, this representative had me on the line for over 30 minutes, told me he was not a supervisor, and just kept me on the line without filing a request for a supervisor. After filing numerous requests to receive a call specifically for a supervisor, ****** (ref#**********) Was not a supervisor and refused to escalate the matter to a supervisor. I had 3 previous representatives that were giving me wrong answers or stated that they didnt known how to help me and were the only ones in their department so no one else could help with the matter. Now my business has been affected by this and I still have not had my matter resolved.

      In short, the QuickBooks software I bought which was originally a stand-alone product, failed to reload after a crash caused by an inability to load a necessary Adobe flash program, even though it was back on the fixed same computer. Support claimed they didn't do anything. Adobe said they had not made a change in Flash and it was obviously QB's fault as the program was informing me that flash was the problem. Without being able to load QB, my data was lost since I needed QB to sort it and show it. Obviously, as soon as their streaming service was introduced, QB standalone suddenly stops working.

      I have been using quickbooks for years. I initially started using it through recommendation of my accountant ************************* who put me on his wholesale account charging me 50% of the regular rate for life. More recently, I saw an ad about Quickbooks doing your backend bookkeeping. I was very excited about it and they told me in order to use this service I would need to drop off the wholesale account and pay directly which would have been worth it had the bookkeeper worked out. So I did what they asked and started paying directly. I then had my setup call scheduled and they told me essentially I was too big for them to do my books and they couldnt help me. Then I tried to get back on the wholesale package and my accountant is telling me that they will not let me back on my 50% for life. I added billing back on through my wholesale account and yet I have continued to get charged on my business credit card for more than $60. I am asking to revert back to the payment system I was doing before where it was about $25 per month as it was a bait and switch to get off the platform and not let me back on.

      We have an ongoing IT issue with QuickBooks Online since 9-30-22. Their IT department was granted remote access to our computers to help troubleshoot the issue but they were unable to figure it out or provide a resolution, so it was "escalated" to their higher level IT department. Initially we were told it can take up to 10 days for ************** has now been over a month and we have followed up 6 times with no response. I have tried to speak with a supervisor and I'm told they will call back, but they have not as of yet. This issue is preventing us from accurately reporting our financials, we cannot process ******************** statements/Tax and Quarterly reports etc. We are paying for a software that is not working properly. We have contacted QuickBooks multiple times but they refuse to help.

      Over the past three weeks, I have supplied QBs with documents they needed for a phone number verification. Multiple times I was told that they had all they needed to get the resolution pushed through successfully and that I need not call again. They told me each time that it would only be 2-3 more business days until they completed their confirmation on my phone number. All the while, I had transaction(s) help up, client work put on hold and my reputation at risk. I want funds in the account released and refunded.
