There were withholding roughly $2500 of deposits for a debt I owed of ****. I deposited $9000 check told them to take the rest of what I owed out of that. Well they did not and they canceled the other deposits and sent a letter saying I owed $****. Never got the deposits and can't get anyone to tell me what's going on. They also are going to report this credit agency and hurt my credit when if they would have did what I said above this would be resolved

Quickbooks/Intuit forces you to buy new software every 2 years. They claim it will work seamlessly but it's a like. Since upgrading, I have spent many hours trying to get help correcting all the issues. I can't even work in my software anymore. Every week I have to spend at least 2-3 hours calling technical support to have my issues fixed and then get corrupted again. This is illegal and no one will help rectify this situation.

8/1/23 I am trying to cancel my 2021 Quickbooks Desktop Payroll Enhanced subscription. The help topics in quickbooks desktop do not agree with actual menus. The online instructions do not agree with actual menus. It is required to to call their support to see if they can help. This is difficult to do between 6am and 6pm as we are employed and parents. We need to be able to do this in the evening like the online directions say.

Unable to access purchased (2022 Quickbooks desktop pro plus) one the subscription period is over. I understand not being able to use new or future features. But being completely locked out of purchased items is not acceptable.

Quickbooks Intuit charges ** for PAYROLL SERVICE which includes e-filing our federal tax forms, specifically 941, and auto-drafts for the *** payroll tax payments for each period. QB has failed to provide 941 forms, or e-file and have provided no resolution to this failure for months. Their instructions are to DEFAULT on the FILING, WAIT FOR A LATE / PENALTY NOTICE FROM THE *** and send the notice to QB Support so then they can correct whatever "problem" they have in their system and start generating and filing our 941 forms again. These are federal payroll taxes. I don't want to default on the filings and incur penalties. I don't know what else to do. I've exhausted all the customer support avenues they offer, chat, calling in, and emailing.

Quickbooks has been holding $784 from my business for about 2 months now and we never even knew there was a problem. They said they sent us an email, but looking back in the history, I never received it. So my wife has been on the phone with them just about every day for over two hours each time trying to get this resolved. She finally got them to send the "link" they keep saying they will email and never did and she did everything they asked her to do and they still won't release my funds. I want an end to this madness and my funds released from them once and for all. I am not sure what else to do at this point. There customer service associates aren't much help.

Intuit shut down our merchant account, which basically put ** out of business. We opened our account and verified our first batch of transactions successfully. Two days later, we were informed that our account was closed without a reason. We have been on the phone with them trying to get this matter escalated and resolved. Also, when we closed our account, the rate they charged us per transaction was higher than our previous rate. In fact, we checked their advertised rate online only to find that we were being charged a higher rate than the advertised rate for years. We asked for a rate review and had our "current" rate reduced by almost 1 percentage point. This means that they were skimming 1% over a period of about 10 years. I'd like to see a review of our account and as to why Intuit was charging ** the higher than advertised rate. I also need to file a complaint as to why our account was closed.

QuickBooks stole our money, we had a client wire deposit for a job we did, and QuickBooks closed our account without notifying us, they wont release the funds back to our client so he can write us a check instead, and they said they basically can hold the funds indefinitely and cant give a time frame and its already been three weeks. Theyre holding the phones hostage and *** read numerous other reviews that they have done this to other businesses as well. They basically take the money, hold it hostage and wont release the funds back to the person that sent them or release them to the person that supposed to receive them and they closed accounts without any heads up or reasons to why they close the account so we literally cant access anything. This is the most bizarre business practices Ive ever seen in my life Ive been on the phone on hold for 10+ hours over the last week just to get no help from anyone let alone supervisors. They stole $1500 from us. They need to be investigated for fraud. If you look them up, theres countless reviews online and on their website about them committing fraud on other peoples accounts, taking their money and closing their accounts without ever releasing the funds and holding them hostage.

QuickBooks security is extremely weak and provides no protection for their customers. They allowed $30,000 in fraudulent payroll activity and are taking no responsibility. Their two-step identification does not work. They were to put my account on fraud hold once the fraud was reported, they didnt, which allowed the hackers to attempt stealing another $24,000. QuickBooks tells us it is our loss if they cant retrieve the money back and then charges us multiple hundreds in fees on top of this.
