      Placed an order for two dresses on 11/15/23. ******* arrived late and were nothing as pictured on website Acorpstyle. I requested information for a refund as instructed on website on three different occasions and I have gotten no response as of today 2/21/24. I disputed with my credit card company and they granted them the funds as I had no proof of tracking. I couldnt get proof of tracking as they never responded to me as how to return merchandise. They have a thirty day window for returns which went well past that. They never responded back to me only the credit card issuer as to get funds. This company is a scam and has terrible reviews which I should have read before purchasing. The items I ordered including a free gift is still in package. I just want my money back and to warn others before doing business with this company.

      I needed to return my luxury watch to the manufacturer.I was instructed to send it to the shipping agent, who is ****. Which is also the same company and shipping agent that sent me the luxury watch.I shipped the watch to them via priority mail several weeks ago. Since then, they are unresponsive, they will not return my phone calls or emails... I've even sent them 2 certified mail letters, asking them to do the right thing and return my watch.****

      I ordered an outfit from Moxidress on 12/3/23 for the holidays. The outfit (order # ****** arrived on 1/15/24, after the holidays. The company said that they will refund within 30 days. They have no telephone #. They only have an email address: [email protected]. On 1/16/24 I emailed them at [email protected] asking them to send me their return form because there was no form in the package. They did not respond. On 1/18/24 I emailed them again, asking them to respond. On 1/19/24 I received an email from Moxidress saying that they would like to refund me "$14" and have me keep the outfit. I replied on 1/19/24 that I do not want $14 but I want my full refund ($88.99). They did not respond again. On 1/21/24 I emailed them again telling them that I want a FULL refund. On 1/22/24, Moxidress replied that they would now refund me $15. On 1/23/24 I replied to Moxidress that I do not want $15. I want a FULL refund. Moxidress did not respond. On 1/24/24, I emailed Moxidress again stating that I want my FULL refund. On 1/24/24 Moxidress responded that I need to return the outfit not to NJ, but to China which would cost $20-$60. On 1/24/24, I replied to Moxidress that I need to return the outfit to NJ and not China, which is where the outfit came from. The return label states ***** *** ***** ***** ***** *** ** ***** ****** ** ******. I did not receive a reply. On 1/25/24, I sent another email to Moxidress stating that I want a FULL refund and that I was filing a complaint to the BBB. On 1/29/24 Moxidress emailed me that I cannot return the outfit to the U.S. and they would give me $18 as a token of their appreciation. On 1/29/24 I emailed Moxidress stating that I want my FULL refund. This is where I left it.

      My father ordered something from this online store it has taken almost a month for a reply. He was charged and received 2 of the item. The it m received was not the item he ordered at all. I contacted them only way how is email and addressed the issue. They proceeded to tell me to sell the items elsewhere that the return shipping f the s are expensive and take a long time. And they would refund 10% of the amount spent. To me this is not ok

      I want to return a pair of capris, received today Jan23,2024, too small. When clicking on links to reach them.... Can't..... No number to call, email sent to me is a No reply..... I just want to return item. Reviews I should have read previously, they are not so good!!!!

      I ordered a shirt off of their website, it was the women’s web slinging gwen compression shirt. They lost my order, I reached out after it had been over a month and they said something like “let me get this sorted out” and then shipped it the same day. I ordered the smallest women’s size and they sent me a shirt that is at least an xl in men’s. It wasn’t even folded into the package, it looked like someone crumpled it up in their hands and threw it in there. it’s huge on me. you can tell the fabric is cheap and it doesn’t even have a real tag on it. If i wanted to wear cheap clothing i wouldn’t have bought a $37 shirt. I reached out to the company via email and then i made a tik tok video expressing my frustration. they only ever reached out to me after posting about my dissatisfaction to tik tok. And then they stopped responding. i’ve sent emails trying to return this shirt and i’ve heard nothing.

      I ordered a pair of jeans for my daughter for Christmas off the ******* ******** website. She really wanted a pair of the brand 7s . I thought I found a pair looked at the picture and I could see the 7 red tag in the picture ( back pocket ) jeans looked exactly the same as jeans on other sites . I ordered them . Paid the 74.00$ . They arrived late . The website says 15 days shipping . That is why I ordered them mid November. They arrived after Christmas. Second they are knock offs cheap and horrible material . The photo on the website clearly shows they are brand name 7s . I did some digging and found the photo they stole for the ad. I included it in my complaint. This company needs to be shut down . I don’t know if you can help me get a refund ? But at least I would like people to know what a scam this place is . For me to return the jeans they have asked me to ship them to China at my expense. Thanks for your time . Buyer beware right ! Never again .

      I ordered an item waited three weeks for delivery. Too small. I contacted carhafashion.com for a return sticker. They have repeated asked for more information..now they say I will have to pay most of postage, restocking fee etc AND they want a photograph of the item.I just want my money back or a larger jacket.

      I made two orders from the shop called Western Feelings on December 2, 2023. The orders Numbers were ******** for ***** and order number ******** for *****. The website states that if you are unhappy with an order you are free to return the order but at your own cost. The order was shipped in a mailer from the US. When I received the order, I knew upon opening the quality was not what was advertised. I started the process to return and was given all Chinese return information including phone number even though the company seemed to be advertised as US based and shipping from the US. To return the items at my cost would be right around $75 at the cheapest. I feel like this was a case of false advertising and its just not practical to make a return unless they allow it to be sent back to the US address.
