      Date of transaction 4-16-2024. Placed and order on this date paid on line *****. Got emails saying order was in process that was 7 days ago. Tried to call their phone number listed on their website. The phone is out of service! Red flag that this company is scamming people. I have emailed them 6 times and all I get is a form email saying they are working on it, the email isn't signed by anyone.

      I ordered from Moxidress and upon not receiving my order within the timeframe promised, I tried to cancel my order. As soon as I escalated a complaint with Paypal, the company finally after 4 weeks shipped my order. Nothing in my order fits, and I am trying to return the order to the company only to do some research and find out this is a complaint scam. The company needs to be shut down and not allowed to do business within *****************. I think it is sad on my part for not doing research prior to placing the order but also on the companies part for not being truthful. The website states to contact their customer service and returns can happen within 30 days. However, I am now getting the run around. I simply want to return my items for a full refund. Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated.

      I placed an order on line thru PayPay for some shoes called Jellious on Feburary 5,2024. Still have not received April2,2024 I have talked to Oayoak several times and *** said they were working on it. Each call I have been on hold for a long time and then I have to explained over and over. Today I received a package from **** *********** **** did not order. Looked on line with what To do and found others with same problem. Icontacted **** and was told to check with bank to file for reimbursement. I would like my money back but I would like this company put out of business!

      Ordered on Jan 30, 2024, When I received them, they were to be Stachers and they were something you would buy a dollar store. They didn't fit. I sent them back. the only address that I had was the address on the Package no packing slips of any kind. I asked for a full refund to my card but, they sent me a new pair of shoes and they smell so bad lake furaldehyde I rewrapped them and put them the garage.. I just want my money back. Or these guys sitting in Jail with *****.

      I returned 3 dresses to the address in ************* and I have not received my refund. I paid $98.60 for the dresses.this was the address on the label that the dresses came from and I returned them on Feb. 19, 2024.

      The flashlight I received had no battery, order number, instructions, email address, or phone number. It is totally useless.

      Business is selling knock offs to unsuspecting consumers! I requested refund IMMEDIATELY after the purchase they refused to refund order. Offered a 20% refund instead I cancelled the payment via Credit Card but this business is doing Fraud

      This business is a scam. They are pretending to be affiliated with the ****** ***** ****** **** and are selling knock-off and not accurate jerseys.

      They are using the photos from Another website and are sending another knock off version.

      I am trying to obtain a refund, but they are refusing and giving me the run-around.

      This company sold me an ********** that has no discernable ************* Product" stickers on it. I believe that it is a fake jersey.
