      This company not only will not let customers return things they don't want within 30; and also do not refund in 30 days. They also have messed up my email address by not letting my emails go to the addresses I am sending it to. This has been HAVOC every since I heard of this crooked global online shopping company. They are underhanded with unethical procedures which are not in the best interest of it's customers. I don't suggest anyone on this Earth worldwide to purchase nothing from Lightinthebox. Not be be trusted to deliver orders properly, not trustworthy of living up to return and Refund policy within 30 days. Falsehood and faus pas company.

      Ordered these dress for an occasion that has well passed now. Paid $10 shipping for 1-2 weeks. Today marks 29 days and we have received nothing but the same emails asking us to remain patient. Blaming the carrier.
      The tracking information says shipping from Grapevine, TX and we are in The Woodlands, TX. Seems the old Pony Express would have delivered by now. The tracking information remains the same that the package is awaiting carrier pick up. It originally said awaiting carrier pick up on April 30 and after numerous emails they updated that to say awaiting carrier pick up on May 14. I have asked at what point do they consider package lost (no answer). When I ask for a refund they say it has shipped so they can't refund. After contacting **** and finding they do not have the package, I believe this may be a scam or just plain theft.

      I ordered clothing from this online business. The same day I received it (March 10th) is the sane day I contacted customer service at the email provided for a refund. The items are not what was pictured nor the quality. The quality itself is subpar at best!! They emailed me back asking why I wanted a refund. I told then. Then they said they'll return 25% of my $115. This is not what their return policy states on their website. The website states they'll give a full refund but I must contact customer service first. Which I did. The items must not be worn, not be damaged, in original packaging and I must get a return code from them. All of the standards are met but they refuse to refund my money and give me an address and code to send it back. They want me to keep it and either shop with a 40% discount or take the 25% offered. If I wanted to keep it, I wouldn't be asking for a refund. They are NOT honoring their own return policy. I have sent at least 6 emails requesting a refund.

      I ordered some plants from Facebook. It did not show the Company name and of course when I recieved these small tiny seeds I realized this is not what was advertised! I wrote to try to get a refund label and have had no assistance to return my money !

      I placed an order with the company on November 30, 2024 and did not hear anything on the order until January 7, 2025, when the said it was out for delivery. Upon delivery, all that was delivered was an empty plastic shipping bag; no paperwork and none of my order. The order consisted of 3 sweaters. There was a small hole in the bag, but nothing that would have been large enough for even a single sweater to have come through. I immediately reached out to their customer service, including a photo of the bag that we received. They only respond once a day and only M-F. They asked for a photo of the shipment, which I replied to say that I already sent it to them and that it was an empty bag with nothing in it. They said that I could return the items and get an exchange. I reminded them that I didn’t receive anything in my shipment and asked for a refund. This has exchange has been going on for more than a month now and as of today we’re back to square one with them asking for a picture of what I received (which is nothing). They will not refund my money, saying that they can’t do refunds on orders that were placed during a sale. Fine, but again - I didn’t get anything, so a refund is demanded.

      October 2024 for temporary false teeth for $29.99 then another $29.99 was taken out twice that month by the same address but one was **** and **** and the other one was **** *** and on the package **** **** same address their email is phony completely the address leads me nowhere and I scanned all three codes and barcodes on the package and it has no results it says that it's totally fake and now that this is the third month and they keep taking out from 30 to $60 each month this one's not even over yet so now I got to get another card cancel this one out and I couldn't do it right away cuz of my bills they all come out of that automatically and there's no way to get a hold of this woman there's a lot and lot of things about this woman and this address that she's a scammer but there's no way you know they even have pictures of her but nobody's doing anything about it I was sent a set of " ***** *** joke teeth, with a ** card YOUR Order Made our day,-Jack&Jill.That wasn't a name of the Company when I seen The Add,Video, THAT I back out but no way cancel it.Please Help me I'm 69yrs.old on very small social security ck.they have taken $90.00 so far and the mo.isnt over yet.Iread up about what to not do to get SCAMMED, THEN they have another ,50 more ways to scam. I'm alone don't drive,the only way I can buy what I need Is on line I even buy my groceries on line &delivered these people had a 5min. Video about these temporary false teeth where had different people put the teeth in hot water then molding them in your mouth, then eating apples. It is so sad how people just think of all these ways of steeling your money then the door open then they drain your bank account. I have had 8 cards I had to cancel ever few months then I can't cancel my card until all my bills are automatically taken out . Then I get a new one start all over again getting my new card number back in all my bills accounts to pay my bills. Than you for your time &Help,****** ****, 12/25/24

      OrthoFit refuses to accept a return and apply a refund. Worst customer service ever. I wish I would've read the reviews before I ordered from them.

      I ordered on June 20, 2024 four bags of fish food at 30 lbs per bag. Received confirmation 6/20/24 and order #****** and tracking number *************. $54.82 was deducted from my bank account on 6/21/24. Started tracking order and the realized the order was coming from China and could take 20-30 days. On 7/11/24 received
      e-mail indicating "package was successfully delivered to addressee on 7/11/24". I did not receive any "package". On 7/20/24 I e-mailed that I had not received my order. I received reply 7/20/24 back that order was shipped by **** and to "look around and check place". On 7/22/24 I e-mailed and requested refund of $54.82. Checked with local **** and there was no listing of tracking number ************* in their system. On 7/22/24 received e-mail back they were reordering my original order, tracking # *************. E-mail received 8/23/24 indicating new order was delivered. Again, I have not received my order. Checked local **** and again tracking # ************* was not in their system. Did receive on 8/23/24 a very small package via **** containing a cheap, junky glass diamond ring that I had not ordered. The mailing address was "Jane", * ******* **., *********, NJ *****. Don't know if this was supposed to be replacement for my original order. Sent e-mail to supplier that the ring was junk and I had thrown it into the trash and wanted my money refunded, $54.82. They have since replied three times, first offering a 10% refund, then a 15%, then lastly a 35% refund. I have refused and told them I expected a total refund of $54.82 and to stop wasting my time, I was turning it over to the Better Business Bureau. I have accepted this as lesson learned, too good to be true, and do not expect to receive a refund. They are a fraud.

      04,15,2024. Ordered shoes not realizing it's a front for Chinese knock offs. No paperwork. No way to contact to return. Called phone no. When googled business, it turns out to be a htg cooling Business They moved out of space 2 yrs ago.
