1 starI joined Lifepoint on May 21. I participated in surveys several times and received some nice rewards, and I was progressing wonderfully, but after several days when I logged in, it did not happen, and I received a notice that my membership was suspended and I had to contact the support team. I did not hesitate to do so, and it was wonderful. To answer my question about the reason for this happening, they said that it could be due to ***** or inconsistent answers, a different geographical location, and many other things... I did not find any reason that could have been done by me, and therefore it was not convincing. I hope that the officials there will verify this. And I didn't do the wrong thingLightspeed, LLC

They suspended my account and said that I had violated the terms of the site. They said that the evidence is overwhelming and this is not true. I did not do anything wrong. 2 starsIn fact, I have personal experience on the site. At the beginning of this year, they have a really strange system. They send you surveys and invitations on a large scale. This is wonderful. This is what you say first, but all you have to do is answer the surveys sent. When you request a refund for the points, they cancel your membership. Well, why are you the ones who sent it? I have these surveys and when I answer them, they suspend my membership. This is truly unacceptableLightspeed, LLC

3 starsFrom my experience on the site, it seems that it is good. Surveys are done in good time and the site is easy to deal with, but there may make me doubt the credibility after I have been a member since March 2023. After several activities of mine, they decided to cancel my membership without any real reason for that, which makes me doubt that they are evading payment. I do not recommend it if you expect to make some money, do not waste your time there, but for fun it is quite suitableLightspeed, LLC

1 starMy account has been suspended after being a member for a year. I got no explanation other than that I violated their terms and conditions. You asked for a specific reason because I had been doing the same work for a year, but they did not explain that accurately. They sent you a large group of completely unconvincing reasons, none of which I did. I don't understand why they didn't even notify me why my account was cancelled. I just went to log into my account and couldn't get in. You should at least let your members know via email or something. I've heard from other members who have had the same experience in recent weeks. I am very disappointedLightspeed, LLC
