my credit card is being charged by Comodo $8.50 monthly for an unknown business not related to me. I have contacted the company twice and spoke to Brain and REMOVEDon 4/9/26 and 5/11/26 who promised to stop the charge but continued to charge me without my knowledge or authorization.

I am rejecting this response because: they are charging my credit card without having any other information on me including no billing address or name. They keep charging my card (3) times now despite my dispute of this fraud. Last four of the card is 4972

      Regards,

I have a subscription with the company for software security services. The subscription has been paid in full.
The company has a bug in their licensing module that is causing people to get an invoiced when they should be. The module thinks the people don't have a license and is charging additional fees. They have my credit card on file, and they charged my credit card even though I shouldn't have been, and I didn't authorize the charges. My account representative has sent her billing department an email explaining I shouldn't have been billed (I have uploaded the email) but I haven't received a refund and no additional communications with the company. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company, but I shouldn't have to do this, if the company would just refund the money, knowing it's their own issue.
