    Got a call from a person claiming to be from Summit Recovery Services (SRS). They wanted to speak with my partner. I attempted to find out what the call was about, and what SRS does, but the person I talked with refused to tell me what SRS does for a business (for me ared flag) or what they were calling about. When I persisted in trying to find out what SRS does the person called me stupid. We owe no debts, so I would have to conclude that the call was not legitimate.

    Wrong Summit, once again. We are closed and have not operated for a few years. Next time read other reviews before you just post something negative. Maybe you would have seen the numerous other responses I've given.

    They are a scam. They called saying I owe money for a payday loan. Very rude. Then they came out with a weird settlement offer. Their fake.

    Wrong company. This Summit has been closed since 2020. Try the other Summit Recovery. We did not deal in consumer debt. We did not call consumers,  only construction companies concerning business to business debt.

    THEY ARE A SCAM!!THEY CLAIM YOU OWE SOME DEAD FROM 2019, A COMPANY THAT SOUNDS LIKE A PAYDAY LOAN COMPANY, CASH WEB. BUT I KNOW I DON'T HAVE ANY DEBT AND WHEN I ASK THEM TO SEND ME FOR PROOF THEY SAID THEY SENT ME IT BUT THEY NEVER DID. NO THEY CALL FROM SOME OTHER NUMBER TELLING YOU TO CALL A DIFFERENT NUMBER AND TIMES OF THE ESSENCE.. PLUS THEY END UP HAVING A LOT OF INFORMATION ON YOU, BUT I REPORTED IT TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND ALSO FTC AND HAD MY CREDIT REPORTS TO BE FRAUD ALERTED ORIGINAL CALL IS A ROBOCALL AND THEY INSTRUCT YOU TO CALL A DIFFERENT NUMBER.I REPORTED THEM BOTH AS SCAM NUMBERS AND I SUGGEST YOU DO TOO IF YOU'VE BEEN HARASSED BY THEM.

    Total Scam: Called me from a number in my home state. Claims that I took out a payday loan, which i never did, in 2020 of $1200, to which they are wanting $800 as a settlement. I asked them to send me a validation of this debt and they claim to have sent me one, they didn't. when I asked them more about this loan, there was alot of uh and um. Scary thing is they had my home address and name. but regardless. i gave them nothing after i hung up the phone. They were tryin to scare me into authorizing a payment over the phone. bottom line this number was blocked.

    Just filed a complaint with the *************** the Attorney General. Just received a call from phone number ******* telling me to call them back on ********* call, they say the know the last four of my social. I refuse to acknowledge any person info, then they hang up. I call back, record the call, tell them I'm recording and tell them to not call again because I literally have zero debt. They hang up. I call again and give them my attorney's name and number, tell them I'm recording the call and again they hang up. This is company is a scam, they refuse to say what debt is owed. Everyone answering has an African accent. I know for a fact I have no debt and owe no one.

    This company is a scam! I've received the same call about owing money for a payday loan that I've never had in 2018. Said I worked at Golden Chick. They used my old married name. The 3rd person was rude and unprofessional. I did inform them I would report them also. The scam is to get more accurate information on you I feel.

    Keeps calling my phone asked for last 4 of social of course I didn't give,I asked what was this refused to give me any information so I hung up and blocked them Now they call from multiple numbers with different area codes, I block them all ,on a daily So Annoyed

    I've gotten plenty phone calls from this summit recovery services saying that I never paid back a loan from check and go. They've been calling my father blowing up his phone, it's ridiculous!I've called check and go headquarters and they stated to me that I've NEVER GOTTEN MONEY FROM THEM. THEY SAW WHERE I DID APPLY BUT IT GOT DENIED. Definitely a scam. They told me that they are going to put in a dispute on my account and say it will go to legal proceedings. Its definitely a scam.

    Said I owe $500 for a loan I took out at "The Cash Store" which i never did. The phone # they wanted me to call was from my local area code, and not (802) area code. SCAM!!!! If I had the option I would leave zero stars.

    This company has called up to 5 times in one day from multiple numbers all over the ** with the same message. I can never reach anyone because the calls drop when I press to speak with a rep. I call back the same *** says hello but nothing else......It's literally harassment!
