    Continue to get calls from different numbers all representing a bogus scam company Summit Recovery Service trying to collect on a bogus payday loan debt from 2008. I have continuously asked them not to call me and removed me from their calling list. I block each number they call from and they call from a different number and leave messaged multiple times each day. Their call back number is ************

    Wrong company. This Summit has been closed since 2020. Try the other Summit Recovery. We did not deal in consumer debt. We did not call consumers,  only construction companies concerning business to business debt.

    This company continues to call me over a supposed payday loan I took back in June 2019. I never took any kind of payday loan and dont know why they continue to call. Theyve refused to send any kind of correspondence to validate this debt and the calls are extremely annoying. I want this to stop immediately.

    Random numbers call me saying they are s.r.s.. telling me I owe money for some cash call loan from 2006.....I've asked for information about this proving it. All I get in response. We will let Marion County take care of it,and hung up on....this was added to my credit report 2010 ish.all the credit burials determined then I had nothing to do with it...15 years later they start harassing me and threatening me

    I continue to get calls from summary recovery service identify themselves as SRS. They have notified me that I owe for a check, cashing service, penalties and dues when I inform them that I have never used to check cashing service and I believe it to be fraud they hang up on me. When I called back, I asked them for four items and they hung up and told me that I would be blocked that I would be reported to the credit bureau and there was nothing that I could do about it. here are the questions that I asked, and the people that I spoke with:Debt valuation - [ ] Copy of the original contract with my signature for the debt - [ ] Full payment history from the original creditor. - [ ] Name and address of the original creditor - [ ] Proof that they now own or have been assigned the debt to collect 04/22/2024 summit recovery serviced *************************
