    My credit card is saved in SigSauer.com website under my account. Someone hacked my log in and password and ordered just over $400 in items. I live in Ohio, the scammer had them delivered to California. SigSauer's website did not require the 3 digit code on the back of my card and they didn't see it as a problem to ship goods to the other side of the country. They have zero consumer protection procedures in place and they store credit card information. When I called them, I was told, "unfortunately it's that time of year."

    I apologize this has happened, it's certainly not the experience we strive for at Sig Sauer.  We have a fraud detection program that is being updated daily due to increased fraud attempts on all ecommerce websites.  Since this fraudulent individual made the order by logging into your account, I would highly suggest changing your password on all accounts you may have on all ecommerce websites.  To receive a refund and also reduce the chance of future attempts of fraud, I would contact your credit card company for a charge back on this order.  I've flagged the fraudulent information on our end and if your credit card company is also aware of the fraud it would further bolster your security from other websites.
