    I am the Attorney-in-Fact for REMOVEDregarding funds held in a Dedicated Settlement Account administered by Forth (Forth Pay), which was established in connection with a debt settlement program managed by Cordoba Legal Group.

    Under this arrangement, Forth serves as the custodian of client funds, holding deposits made for the purpose of settling debts through the program administered by Cordoba.

    The associated debt settlement program was formally canceled on December 12, 2025. Despite this, Forth continues to hold the client’s funds and has not provided any confirmation of account closure, balance, or timeline for returning the funds.

    Multiple written requests have been sent since December 2025, with no substantive response.

    As custodian of the account, Forth is responsible for holding and disbursing client funds. Following program cancellation, the funds belong to the client and should be returned. I am requesting immediate release of all remaining funds and written confirmation of the disbursement.
