5 starsWe had an inter-state move with some months of storage. It all went according to plan. Everybody on the phone and the drivers were very friendly and very efficient . It was easy to to organize , easy to pay and easy to execute. They would communicate in advance and they would come on the time planned. We didn't have any problems at all. I am very pleased with the whole move.

5 starsThey were true to every word. From the very beginning, with my price $$ "out the door." It never varied. All the representatives and drivers were the most courteous, friendly and helpful. I was leery at first, but they put my mind at ease. They understand that moving can be very stressful. PACK-RAT gets a perfect '10' from me. From the initial contact for scheduling the empty container, up through their picking up the empty container once it was unloaded was so smooth and painless. 5 starsExcellent planning, coordination, and communication. I recommend anyone who plans to move, to choose Pack-Rat. The price was also affordable. The great plus was to have the help from the persons to arrive and pack the container. My person was a great packer. Container was delivered as promised to be uploaded and picked up as well. 5 starsUsed Pack-Rat for a move from ******** to **********. Everything went as planned. Great customer service. If I called with a question and there was a queue, I would receive a callback ( I love that service.) Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Had the container dropped off at a storage facility once we chose one in **. Unloaded it and it was picked up promptly the next day. We would definitely use this service again.1-800-PACK-RAT, LLC
