    My replacement pcm arrived within a few days of my order, and after installation, I can say I couldn't be more pleases. Though the main problem was not corrected, numerous other issues were. With the new module I was able to finish diagnosing the main trouble and order the additional part I need. I would definitely recommend Car Computer Exchange to anyone needing electronic module issues, and I would not hesitate to use their services again.

    I received the *** promptly. The instructions were very explicit on how to properly install the unit. My truck started right up. The uninstalled *** was mailed out the next day. Overall very happy. The company was recommended by my mechanic.

    This business if you can call it that took $298.95 from my bank account without even having that part in stock and I've been trying to get my money back since April 15th 2023, this is ********. The BBB in this region better shut them down for *************** a star rating they should get zero stars in my opinion!!!!*************************

    this outfit and diesel ecm exchange are the same outfit. i carried my ecm to their business place. the told me they would diagnose it and get back to me in a week. i never heard back at all.i called and talked to a sales person that said they opened the ecm up and found no physical damage an the program was in a loop. so i went back there and they charged me $150 for "diagnosis". i got my ecm back and after examination, there were NO witness marks on the screws , and even the dirt in the seam hadnt been disturbed. so they did NOTHING. this place had no repair facility that i could see and a few cubicles with a couple of people answering phones. there were stacks of ecms. clearly a SCAM outfit. they get people to send in an ecm, and eitherclaim to perform a repair service, or send them a piece of junk. all the while keeping all or part of your money.there are literally DOZENS of outfits across the country doing this same business scam. all you need to do is read people's experiences.why the attorney general lets this stuff go on is beyond me.

    Their ad said send my computer in (prepaid for a repair with lifetime warrantee) and it would be repaired, tested and warranteed, I got a call saying it could not be repaired and they would ship my computer back to me with a refund. I recveived the computer back (still not working) and my "refund" was for 1/2 of what I paid. When I called them about this they said read the fine print and hung up on me. What a SCAM company. ********* over $100 and received nothing
