      We live 140 miles from Lowes in *******. Bought a 4' Shower Unit/Door - found a damaged side panel - returned it - they ***laced it - special trip to return and pickup.. Original purchase - floor sales person picked out what we needed - he gave us the wrong door we returned it, they had to order one. Our money was refunded and we ordered the correct door and paid for it. They said it would be in the following Monday (Special trip), we went to pick it up the next Monday. We were told it was not there. They went onto say the shipper had damaged it and would not deliver it. I asked about them sending another one, the answer was "she would have to speak to her supervisor". I contacted the the Fernley Store the following Monday. They connected me to another person. The man told me they would not be ordering another one and said they would refund my money in about 10 days. I asked if they waited 10 days for customer to pay them? I did not get an answer, but didn't really expect one.The Lowes in store customer Service *** never apologized, nor offered any solutions nor offered to refund our money. I mentioned this was the 3rd trip to get a complete shower and that live in ********* (approx. 140 miles one way). I had mentioned that maybe I should start submitting a bill for mileage. Part of my frustration is not finding an address I can mail a complaint to, also I did not find a contact number to file a complaint. I did not find either on their ********** - yes I am really unhappy with Lowes service. I walked away with the feeling they just do not care. I cannot in good conscious recommend them to anyone.

      I wish ZERO was an option. Just purchased a dryer last week used twice. During the 2nd time the dryer stopped working. Called for service immediately only to be told someone would call me back to schedule. Now day 3 no call. I called again and was told I'm scheduled 8/6 not acceptable. I want to talk to a manager i didn't get a call and you just assumed 8/6 id be home. They wouldn't put me in touch either anyone else. I called the store seeking help only to be passed around. This is the worse customer service I've ever seen. Also purchased an extended warranty. Beware if you still want to shop here.

      When buying online, price for item was more at another Lowes about 30 minutes away. The item was not in sale, or close out. When I called the manager of the store I was told each store can price items as they want. When I called a manager with customer service I was told the same thing. This is very unethical. I wish to give Lowes no star raring at all. When you try to provide feedback in an email you cant get to the website. When you try to do a return online from email it sends you to a pop up message saying not safe, close window, in other words a scam where they can get your personal information. Terrible!

      In January 24, 2025 I paid ***** a contractor $2000 to order me two doors and six blocks and handles. I want the burgundy outside door and he said they had it in stock when they come to do the one door they brought a brown door, which I did not order, but was told that the maroon door had been sold. They no longer had it. I agreed upon taking a white door that I really did not want and I have had three contractors thats supposed to have been out here to put up the last door and this is being eight months I have made about 25 phone calls from ************* to *******, ******** to ************** And no one will give me any answer or send anyone out here to put up my second door. I either want my door fixed immediately or I want my money back. They have been hateful to me. They have been rude to me. One contractor said there was nothing he could do and the other contractors had excuses every Friday that they were due out here they seem to have had a crisis Something needs to be done and done immediately. I cannot go on this way without my door being fixed Im requesting a super fast respond and I hoped to get this door fixed or my money back. I want money for mental anguish because I got broken into. I havent been able to sleep. I have been nervous. Ive been upset. Ive been to the doctor over this and I am tired. they have lied to me about coming out here and I have not had good respond. I sent ***** a text last night. He did not even bother reading it three contractors and not one of them will come out and finish the job. Im requesting immediately my door put up where I want my money back plus interest and mental anguish And for the delay of eight months of putting me off and for being rude and hateful to me Ive been out over $2600 plus I want to be paid for all that I have been through of mental anguish, going to the doctor and being nervous and upset and afraid to sleep at night that someone might break in on me

      Two months ago I purchased a GE dryer from Lowe's online. And I pick the installation package. Other day two guys delivered the dryer and try to install it. Those two guys who were responsible for install the dryer told me that the dryer has to replace the plug to fit our socket. After they replace the dryer plug and plug into socket the socket was short-circuited and damage one of the breaker. We call our electrician came to do the inspection for short-circuited. Then the electrician tested the dryer plug and said the short-circuit was cause by the dryer., cause the pulg wire was connected wrongly when the replace it. we call Lowe's ask for reimburse for the short-circuit damage one breaker, but they said they only can return the dryer and wouldnt reimburse the short-circuit ! I will never shop at Lowe's again!

      On July 16, I placed an in-store order for a fireplace to be picked up at the Banner Elk Lowes. I was told it would arrive by 7/28. It arrived on 7/24 and I went to pick it up on 7/25. The young lady gave me one box. I assumed it had to be fully assembled. When I got home, I realized it was only the firebox insert. I called and the young man apologized, said he would credit my account $200 for the inconvenience and scheduled a free delivery for Monday 7/28. On 7/28, I saw that a charge had been made to my account without permission for a $0.01 pencil, order number. Imagine my surprise when a woman showed up to my door to deliver the pencil, but no fireplace! I called the BE Lowes seven times starting at 9 am, they answered the phone on the third call, explained that they had to charge me something in order to make a delivery and said I needed to speak to a manager, but transferred me to the garden center who said they could not transfer my call back. I then called their corporate number who said they cant help me and transferred me back to BE who again didnt answer the phone. I tried dialing directly for the eighth time and still got no answer. Absolutely no resolution and no fireplace. Looking at the change in the order I got by email, and it still says pickup!!! But I got a pencil that they paid UberEats to drive an hour to deliver.Ive now called a total of 14 times today and no one answers the phone.

      Purchased an ** ***** 40 gal gas water heater. It worked for ****. Called to get a repair from their warranted repair company. After 3 visits from them it still wasn't working. Got a return order from ** *****, exchanged it for another one. No problem, they just gave us a merchandise card at customer service and we checked out. Second one worked for less than 24hrs. Same issues as the first one. Again their repairman came out, could not fix the problem. Please note that my tenants have not had hot water since February and have 2 children, 3 and 5. Upon receiving a return number, again we went to Lowes to get our money back... at least on a merchandise card. We were i formed that we could not return it just for a merchandise card for "just any" merchandise, it would have to be on a water heater that Lowes sells. The only brand they sell is ** *****!!! Why would I buy another junk water heater. Upon telling the associate that they were junk and we weren't going to purchase another, she proclaimed that they do not sell junk. You sold me not 1 but 2 water heaters that were JUNK!!! We were willing to accept a merchandise card for general merchandise. Even their sales associate said that he purchased one and had nothing but problems. He returned it and purchased a different brand from a competitor's store. I do not recommend purchasing any ** ***** water heater from Lowes.

      Lowes refuses to help us with a Frigidaire refrigerator. We had 9 going now on 10 service calls from Frigidaire sent repairmen and our Lowes doesnt care.

      My complaint is Lowes took over 6 months to get any response of damage to my home with washing machine delivered and set up. The 2 young men looked like they were not sure or knowledgeable reinstall. by not knowing to shut water off or installing with having trouble s******* on new hoses and not checking if leaking and not staying to see if properly working and kept trying attaching water line to hose using wrenches and what ever.Well there gone and as the machine is still running heard loud noise as entering in laundry room. And water spouting all over flooding floor and walls. What a mess. We shut off water to house and called Lowes immediately and was told unable to get someone to help and for us to handle not there problem. We had an inconvenience of water off and had to get a plumber as we were walking in drenched floor and walls. We got a plumber and big problem and plumber had to cut into walls and replace piping and handles. We needed drywall repair and walls and floor issues. I was asked to bring part work in since ***** went in person called and numerous attempts to get customers respect of honoring there damage and left messages and in person with Mr ****** at store he called and said again sent paper work in and guess what next day I get formed letter denying claim and they said the interview installer and pictures and denied claim. Well check BBB they are notorious for ignoring claim and denying responsibility of wrong doing to customers. Well I dont back down and Im contacting states attorney office and attorney.This stops with taking your money and step on you with customer service. Unacceptable Mr ******* ******* and ******* **********
