      Don't buy a snowblower in October. I bought a craftsman in late October thinking I would be using it in Nov./Dec. The first significant snow did not come until January. It starts fine the problem is the auger would not turn to throw snow. Lowes said it was well past the 30 day return period there was nothing they could do. I bought it early to be prepared for winter. They put it together so who knows if it was put together correctly? They refuse to give me my money back or fix it. Why should I have to take it to a repair shop when they sold me a faulty product. Yet that's exactly what they told me to do.

      I went to Lowes to buy window blinds and a screen door. I noticed I was being followed around by an employee,every where I went she would show up acting like she was doing something,then I noticed a guy following me everywhere as well,he looked like a customer,I later found out he was lost prevention.The whole ordeal left me uncomfortable.I feel I was being profiled.I ended up returning the merchandise later that evening.Lowes in *********** **.

      Pre-ordered cabinets that were damaged upon arrival and had to have resent. Driver never called. Then a week later I bought a countertop online and it wasn't in stock when I got to the store. The managers said the order would arrive next day. I received an email later that they cancelled the order. When I called regarding the issue I was put on hold for 3 hours. Seems like no one cares about their jobs or customers anymore

      I made the mistake of purchasing and installing windows in my home. They demanded entire amount up front, multiple delays on material. The installers were horrible! Delay after delay. Ive since cancelled my Lowes card and will never be back. Just a horrible experience!

      Disfunctional company!!! I ordered $265.28 vertical blinds via phone, activated and charged to my new ************** Lowe's Advantage credit card on 3/6/24 by Lowes. There was a 20% discount offered by Synchrony on this 1st buy, but never applied as requested and never receiving a confirming Lowe's purchase order and tracking number. I then emailed that same day MY PURCHASE ORDER verifying the $265.28 and got an email confirming response from salesperson *******. To my surprise, Synchrony sent me a statement for $409.39! My subsequent Lowes calls were futile with no answers to rectify this discrepancy. As a result, my calls to Synchrony from me acknowledged that there was a $144.11 credit to me and they would deal with Lowes directly on my behalf. Numerous calls to Synchrony "Customer Experience" seemed to be understanding the issue saying they will take ***** days to "resolve". As a precaution, I chronologically documented in writing all activities and verification of the $265.28 in writing and immediately certified mailed this evidence to Synchrony. Within a few days thereafter, Synchrony sends me a simple message saying I needed to work it out with Lowes! I called my attorney who says not to pay the bill until they concur with my $265.28 purchase.

      Ordered a shower door and was never delivered. Lowe's broke it. They refused to deliver a shower door. They want to cancel the order and place a new order to avoid liability for incidental loss.

      For any potential Lowes customers thinking of buying an electric dryer we recently experienced a potentially dangerous situation with the delivery company Lowes contracted with. They connected our 220 Volt dryer wrong putting 120 Volts on the case of the dryer shocking my wife. I found out the delivery people from this company are not certified or qualified on electric dryer installations. This could have caused a serious injury to my wife or even the potential for a fire. I talked with Lowes *********************** and they are investigating our situation. Be very cautious and ask questions prior to purchase and installation. I found out as a Lowes customer you just cant reasonably expect these delivery people are qualified electrically. Stay vigilant!

      Dont shop at Lowe's, The return policy is awful. Bought two patio chair covers last fall, tried to exchange them, brand new in unopened package with receipt, in the spring to exchange for a different size.Not allowed, manager override not allowed. Past 90 days. Awful, ridiculous return plan

      March 27th around 8:00 PM, a contractor operating a fork lift to drop off fence materials drove between our residential homes and damaged my neighbor's grinder pump lid. I remember hearing a loud popping noise as he drove through and thought it was just some wood on the pallets that had shifted only to find out the next morning that the fork lift had actually gone over the lid. I called the Lowes customer service line on the 28th to see about filing a property damage claim. A few days later, a manager from the Lowes at ****** called me back and informed me that they were in the process of putting in a claim and I would received a call two days later. I did not receive a call, so I called Lowes once again to check status, but could not get in touch with a manager. ******* asked for my info and stated a manager would contact me. A week goes by and I call again and was given the same treatment with no call back. I physically go into the store to be greeted with a manager named ****** and she gives me the information to call their contractors who delivered through a company called Spirit. I call and they inform me that they cannot find a case under my information and to call back on Monday to see if their manager could assist me further.It has been just about 3 weeks with no resolution or status of what comes next to alleviate this situation, so now I am here hoping a higher entity would have some power to fix the issue.
