5 starsWeve been having a problem with bugs and **** came out today after I called at the end of last week. She was extremely professional and kind, wonderful personality and gave me so much education on the bugs we are seeing in the home, what to do and what not to do. She came up with a treatment plan for us. She went above and beyond. I will be requesting her by name from now on!Go-Forth Home Services

5 stars**** ********* called to let me know he was on the way and what time he would be here. He was very neat and polite. He told me what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions. 1 starI contacted this company because I had an ACTIVE wasp nest on my back patio. They like to quote "per their contract" they are to do an inspection of the property to find the nest and destroy it. They came out the first time sprayed where I told them I saw them in the vicinity. I called back a few days later because they were still swarming around my patio where my dogs come in and out, showed the technician where they were coming from and he sprayed on top of the table and chairs, never looked under the table or investigated anything, said to call if I still see them in a few weeks. A few days go by, and it still looks as if nothing is done and way more activity. I had to take it upon myself to "investigate" where the nest was which was under the table, as I suspected. I called, and of course this business is only Monday thru Friday. I had to spray the nest myself which I informed the company that I have video of me killing the active nest that they "sprayed" for. After calling the company to cancel the service since they were not available when I needed them and did not take care of the issue, they charged me $95 to cancel my plan. I was hung up on 2 times, one by a *** and ******** the manager who said no one was above her at that location but CCO and there was no way to get in touch with them. Their contract states per their policy I have to be charged. I said per your policy your technicians did not carry out their responsibility to investigate where the nest was, they just sprayed and left in under 5 mins. Horrible customer service and they must be spraying water no chemicals. Very bad business especially hanging up on customers who are voicing their concerns, not even being disrespectful just stating the facts. ******** has a very nasty attitude and should NOT be dealing with the public. Very rude and has no manners. They need someone better to at least ***resent management. There needs to be a no star option.Review fromChris M

5 starsDiscovered a pest problem with a home we recently bought. Got online and found Go-Forth and filled out the form on their website. Someone contacted me in 15 minutes and they scheduled me for that day. ****** came and explained everything, and he is such a pleasant man. This has been a nice experience from their website to ****** coming to treat our home. Highly recommend!Go-Forth Home Services

He told me about the huge spiderweb that was between the tree and bushes in front of my house, and we joked about how walking through it would have been so much fun.
