5 starsHave been with this company for several years. I have had termite prevention installed and have a contract for pest control with them. Their technicians seem to be well trained, and willing to help resolve any problems. So far I have been satisfied with their work. The office however, needs to make sure that messages are forwarded on a timely basis.Go-Forth Home Services

3 starsYour Review: 5 Stars for ***** ***** ********* was great, personable, efficient, nice. However GoForth's gets 3 stars - since their merger is beyond frustrating, they sent a tech out with no confirmed appointment and interupted me in the middle of a zoom meeting; while that person was also very nice, the company wasted both his time and mine. And today, ***** was sent from ********* (I asked he did not volunteer this) to Rutherfordton? Hello, that is poor time and resource management at the very least, when at least prior to the merger that had many local service techs. I guess they sent them to *********? I so appreciate the time he took to call ahead, listen to and recap our rodent concerns, place the necessary measures, and explain the outcome of each. He was friendly, professional, and such an ease to the stress we've been dealing with since mice have invaded our space. ********** is a great example of why we have been and will continue to be faithful GoForth customers!Go-Forth Home Services
