      ******* was our technician and he did a fantastic job on our home! He was very professional and took the time to explain everything he was doing, even about the chemicals he was using and why. He left no questions unanswered and we were so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge about his job. We are so blessed to have found Goforth Pest Control and ******* and we look forward to our next visit with this wonderful company. We highly recommend this company for all of your pest control needs.C Usher

      ****** was pleasant, thorough, and confident that what he was doing would accomplish our goal. I would highly recommend him. The service was done two days ago and the millipedes are gone!

      Their representative came to my door promising me top tier services. A Gave me an introductory price. They came out to do their service in the pouring rain the next day and my son sent him away. Next day they come and dont let anyone know they were here and supposedly did 3ft up and 10ft out from my house as well as door dwellings and windows. Days later theyre still ants galore. Wasps and bees as he Told me they were treating for those as well as my yard front to back. They did not but didnt hesitate to charge me. Then apparently I wasnt signed up for the top tier plan as he stated he was signing me up for. I canceled my service and they said they wouldnt refund my money since someone came to my house. Yes they offered to retreat. I dont believe they treated the first time. No thank you cancel my service!!!

      My tech did a wonderful job and was very courteous! I have been with this company for 1 year. I enjoy the monthly service I recieve from my techs. They always ask me if I have any concerns or any target areas that need to be addressed.

      At first I was really impressed by the salesman and technician that came out for service. After that is when it turns really south. # 1 the bugs didnt go away. The tech didnt do a good job spraying. I mean there were spiders where he sprayed and didnt know them down or anything, just said spray will take care of them but yet they are still currently there. I got worse when I went to cancel my contract with them . I learned Im paying every month for a service thats only every other month!!! Then they after many days get back in touch with me I ask to cancel. Man says sure thing Ill forward this to the cancellation team and they will get back with you. Thats been 2 weeks now and still no cancellation!!! They are scammers and ripoffs!! Dont get into contact with them. I had the ultimate package which includes all pest minus termites and was like 69 a month and the *** told me they had a cheaper plan at 39 a month that included and, bees, spiders ect which is the same I was getting only paying almost double!!! Dont trust them or their sells team especially ***** ****!
