I'm reviewing my consumers reports and noticed that there was an inaccurate account account on my credit report.
Source Receivables Manag..
Consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report customers information to the best of the ability with maximum accuracies
I contacted Source Receivables Manag and ask them to investigate and remove the inaccurate account on my consumer report that they are illegally reporting and I requested specifically the alleged original application bearing my signature and they not have been able to provide such proof.
This is a violation of the Fair credit reporting act. this dispute item may not appear on my credit report if they cannot verified by any evidence or proof.

Had issues attaching file but this was the letter addressed to Source Receivables Management.

Dear Source Receivables Management,
This is the first i’ve heard from you, or any other company on this matter therefore, in accordance with section 809- validating debts of the fair debt collection practices act, I respectfully request you provide me, in writing, the following:
What money you say i owe is for;
Explain and show me how you calculated what you say i owe;
Provide me with copies of any papers that show I agreed to pay what you say I owe;
Identity the original creditor;
Provide a verification or copy of any judgment (if applicable);
Show me that you are licensed in my state, and provide me with your license numbers (if applicable).
Be advised that I am fully aware of my rights under the fair debt collection practices act and the fair credit reporting act. For instance, I know that:
You cannot add interest or fees except those allowed by the original contract and state law.
You do not have to respond to this dispute except to tell me that you either intend to cease your collection efforts or to pursue other legal means of collecting this debt.
Should you pursue a judgment without validating this debt, I will inform the judge and your case will be dismissed based on your failure to follow the FDCPA.
Any attempt to collect this debt without validating it, violates the FDCPA. Be advised that I intend to record all phone calls, keep all correspondence and will not hesitate to report violations to my state attorney general , the federal trade commission and the better business bureau.
I have disputed this debt; therefore, until validated you know your information concerning this debt is inaccurate. Thus,if you have already reported this debt to any credit-reporting agency (CRA) or credit bureau (CB) then, you must immediately inform them this debt is in dispute. Reporting information that you know to be inaccurate or failing to report information correctly violates the FCRA 1681s-2.
If you do not own the rights to collect this debt, I demand that you immediately send a copy of this dispute letter to the original creditor that you say I owe money to so they are also aware of my dispute with this debt.
Finally, in accordance with section 805(c) - ceasing collections of the fair debt collection act , do not contact me about this or any other matter, except by official mail and then only to advise me that your debt collection efforts are being terminated or that you are taking specific actions allowed by law.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
Please do not close this dispute as I do not accept the
response. To ensure that the
non-creditor report only 100% accurate credit information. Every step must be
taken to assure the information reported is completely accurate and correct.
The following information therefore needs to be reinvestigated.
I respectfully requested to be provided proof of this alleged
item, specifically the original application, contract, note, or other
instrument bearing my signature. The
non-creditor stated they will send the requested information in the mail
however I feel as this is a stall tactic on their behalf, and I believe it to
be a blatant violation of the FCRA. AS I HAVE STATED, THIS ACCOUNT WAS FRAUDULANTLY OPENED. THE EMAIL THEY HAVE PROVIDED IS NOT MINE NOR HAVE I EVER HAD ASSOCIATION WITH THAT EMAIL. THAT DOES NOT CREDIT WHETHER THE ACCOUNT PRESUMES TO BE FRAUDULANT OR NOT, COMMON SENSE.
In addition please provide the contract signed between Source Receivables Management & SPRINT,
notarized and sworn under penalty and perjury for Source Receivables Management ability to
collect this alleged debt.
The non-creditor advised that they have sent me records via mail
in the past explaining this debt however I never received these alleged
documents. Were these documents mailed
certified mail? I don’t believe this non
creditor and feel that they are not being honest . Please send all validating
records through the BBB and certified mail to my address. I have uploaded a copy of my ID showing my
