    My husband purchased a 10Kt yellow gold paper clip bracelet for me from the concord ***** location today February 9, 2023. The clerk cut the tag and put it on my wrist and I wore the bracelet out of the store. I did not get a box or bag. My husband did request receipt. Five minutes after leaving the store I noticed that my bracelet clasp was not all the way closed and the end it was attached to was a link in the bracelet. There was a missing end piece. I returned to the store asking for an exchange and the clerk and owner originally said yes. Then they changed their mind and argued with me saying I took the piece off! My husband arrived and asked if they were going to refund his money or exchange the bracelet they said no and we left. Im very displeased with them. I read the return policy on the bottom of the receipt that you have 7 days to exchange an item. This item is defective and they refused to exchange it for the same bracelet (there were two more in store). I believe they should replace this item or repair it for free.
