    They are allegedly trying to collect a debt from *************************, *****************************************************************. I disputed this debt with St. ******. I received no response from them. I have now received letters from two collection agencies for the same alleged debt, I have sent both agencies letters requesting documentation that either one has the authority to collect said alleged debt and I made an offer for a lower amount should they be able to provide such documentation. Paragon Revenue Group has now reported a delinquent debt on my account. I want it removed until they can provide me documentation that they have the authority to collect this debt. I am very apprehensive about their dealings. I do not believe that they have this authority and they have not been able to confirm it.

    I do not have any documentation from the company that they have the authority to collect this debt. 

    I disputed this with the original creditor and received no response.  

    I have now received communications from two agencies for the same debt.

    I made an offer to settle this in order to take care of this issue.  However,  as previously stated, no one will be paid anything without proof that I owe this debt and documentation that they are authorized to collect it.

    Further,  I cannot pay (and still dispute) the amount they are looking for due to ongoing illness. I have multiple issues and medical expenses and my deductible resets on January 1st.

    Once again, you are not the only company attempting to collect this debt. 

    15% discount is not acceptable.  

    I will offer 20% of the amount claimed. I cannot pay any more and further, given  St. ******'s deliberate action in not responding to me, nor sending information requested, or addressing this is not worth more than 20%. 

    They have acted in bad faith.

    11/29/23 I received another call from Paragon Revenue Group today. This company has been harassing me via text and phone calls. They are requesting payment over the phone supposedly for a medical bill. I am unaware of the medical bill, and I have never received a bill from this company. I have requested a bill twice on two separate phone calls. The representatives on both occasions were extremely unprofessional and rude and simply ended the call by hanging up on me. Also, the representative threatened to report this to the credit bureau. Paragon Revenue Group obviously is not aware of the fair debt collection act. I will be filing a complaint with the ************************************ (CFPB) and the ************************ (FTC) website. Additionally, will be working with the three credit reporting agencies Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. By filing this complaint with BBB I am hoping I can receive some assistance to protect myself and others from this type of harassment.

    I am rejecting this response because: Paragon Revenue Group reported three collection accounts to my credit report.  I want Paragon Revenue Group to remove this inaccurate information from my credit report as I do not have a contract with Paragon Revenue Group, nor have I received services or made purchases with this company.  Also, I have never received any billing statements from this company.  Additionally, I have filed a complaint with Equifax and the FCRA.

    I am not aware of this account. I have reached out to 3 credit bureaus and PARAGON REVENUE GROUP to have this account removed from my file and they always say the same excuse, which is no longer acceptable. I have filed an FTC complaint because I believed this is an outcome of identity Theft. Regardless of all actions done on my end, there was no action from 3 Bureaus. Thus, I am reaching out to seek assistance to have PARAGON REVENUE GROUP that I have no account with them and 3 credit bureaus can simply remove it from my credit.

    I was contacted back in March 2023 by Paragon telling me that they now owned my debt to Memoiral ******************* hospital. They told me I was late in making payments. As I told them I didn't owe them anything without proof. The lady told me they sent me a letter in the mail. I kindly told her I never received it and she basically called me a liar. I told her I wasn't paying anything until I had documentation is which she hung up. I figured I would get something. Fast forward to September still had nothing. Ran a credit report and seen they Paragon had put it in my report. Made a call and spoke to someome. All I have gotten this far is an account #********. I have not received one thing in the mail with proof of this debt. So still do not have a contract with this collection agency. They did not provide me with the original contract as requested.

    On 11/6/2023 i received a text message containing a link to Paragon Review Group for a bill that was apparently sent to them. I have never received any information from them as such I called to confirm as it was a medical bill that was supposed to have been paid by an insurance company. I called to ensure that nothing would be placed on my credit report and was told that they cannot and will not give such a thing in writing but continued to ensure that it wouldn't simply because they said it would not. I was also told that I could get a receipt if I requested for one to be generated, when asked if the bill could be sent to me I received much resistance, and then told that it was sent in the mail to me but returned, I have lived at the same address for 3 years and get alerts from **** as to what mail is coming to my mailbox and never received notice of anything from them. any reputable business would provide information in writing upon request

    I would like to file a harrassment complaint against this company. They call and text my personal cell phone multiple times per day. When I do get to answer (after work hours), they will not give me any information. When I begin to question what it is for and why I owe the money, they become very very rude and hang up on me. I have tried to call to speak to a supervisor, and I can never get one. My insurance should have covered my medical bills outside of the deductible. They are extremely difficult to deal with and I no longer want them contacting my personal cell number or I will file a harrassment charge on the company.

    I received a phone call and letter from this company telling me I owe money to ********************************** for $100 on November 22, 2021. I have never been to this clinic or hospital during this time for any internal anything. When I called them and told them I don't know what they are talking about, they told me to call my insurance company and that was it. I did, and they knew nothing of the amount, the place, or reason. My insurance company had knowledge of one hospital appointment and that was for a physical in a different place. They also said the money did not add to what they had on file. When I called the company back I asked them where the origin of the bill came from, and no one seem to be able to tell me that information. They only kept saying was ask your insurance company. I also never received a bill from the hospital they are referring to. Also this was a two years ago, and I am just hearing about it sounds fishy. I am not paying anyone anything until I see some real paper work or my questions are answered.

I am allowed under the ***** law to protect my privacy and medical records from third parties.
