    I received a call from this company about a bill I have with a hospital that I have diligently been paying $100.00 a month. Evidently it was sent to collection for repayment asking me for ****** plus to pay it off, which I haven't that much money. I have no contract with this company. I'm asking if I've been making payments why was it submitted to them? I know I owe them that's not the issue, I have no problem paying it. As of the payment I sent them I haven't heard from them since , regarding future payments. Will this affect my credit score, which I'm upset about it and being in collection.

    I have received calls from Paragon Revenue Group almost daily regarding a debt for which I have no record and have not received any information about by mail.

    Zero stars I am receiving phone calls/voicemails from this company. I have never received a letter as to whatever debt they are collecting nor do they even say my name. I do not have any accounts in collections that I am aware of so I have no idea why they would be calling me. Again, have never received a letter in the mail. They need to send me documents in the mail and not call me every day. This is very shady and possibly a scam.

    Not to mention the constant harassing, the representative i got was so totally rude, she wanted me to yell my CC digits so everyone can hear around me. She was very short with me and just didn't embody the persona of a great call representative. DO not recommend please get rid of "*****".

    I keep receiving texts with strange links and calls claiming to be Paragon Revenue Group. The toll free number calls me and tells me to press one to speak with a representative, but when I do it hangs up the call. I have attempted to call the second number numerous times and it does not ring. This is very suspicious and I am unsure how this company got my information. No type of invoice or bill has been sent to me. I refuse to provide any sensitive and/or personal information when this company has many negative reviews.

    This company is the worst! The reported medical debt on my credit, but I have not once received a bill from them! They emailed me to confirm my contact information, which I provided them, and that was the last I heard of them until today when I got a hit on my credit. How am I supposed to know where to send my payment, or what the payment is even for??? This business needs to be investigated! I am happy to pay off my debts when I know what they are or where to send the payments!

    I have asked Paragon Group to send me monthly statements concerning what I currently owe. I get a lady who has an attitude toward me and refuses to send me any monthly notifications. I have no idea who I am actually paying off and how much I owe. I tried to get access to my information on-line at their site, but there is no way to connect with them.

    They hit my credit as a charge off when I told them Im still in a dispute with the original owner of the debt That being the fact that I do just owe a debt. I have multiple insurances and they covered the entire balance but theyre still telling me I owe more. Absolutely not.

    I have continually gotten phone calls from the Paragon Group leaving messages to please call a number. They are rude and do not want to work with you on a payment plan. The first time I tried calling to set up same plan like I had with the group before them (who I might add were very nice and was working with me). Paragon was very rude and had a attitude about how much they were demanding me to pay, even told me to go take out a loan to pay this bill. I said if I could do that the bill would already been paid. He then got very mean and I called him a *****and ended the call because I am not going to listen to someone downgrade me when they have no idea what else is going on. The last call I was trying to get a invoice or something breaking down what they say I owe and the rude lady said they already sent it and could not send another. I never received anything from them. I told her if she wanted to get paid that is what I would need to do so. She said she could give me address over the phone... no way that is a scam red flag! If companies would work with people on what they can afford then they would end up getting all the money instead of getting stuck with unpaid balances. By letting people like PARAGON harass and be unwilling to work with people they end up getting nothing. My husband has cancer and his treatments and bills are very expensive but guess what they are working with us and have set up a payment plan we can afford. And they will end up getting paid in full just because they treat us like good human beings who are trying instead of like the people at Paragon who act like you are beneath them and try to bully you into something you cant afford in the first place.

    I have been continually receiving phone calls/voicemails from this company. I have never received a letter. I googled them and see they are a "collections" company. I do not have any accounts in collections that I am aware of so have no idea why they would be calling me. Again, have never received a letter so I called them to see if I could determine if this was a scam. All they would tell me is the name of the company and "since I wouldn't identify myself" they had to terminate the call. There should be some way for a company to let you know they are not a scam without you having to provide all the scam worthy information. It's a little difficult to decipher these days, so if this is legitimate business, they should probably start with a letter.
