Quantum 3 Media is a licensed insurance agency that employs insurance Advisors who assist consumers with pre-qualifying them with ******** over the telephone.  *********** calls people who have requested a call from an Insurance Advisor by, for example, opting in through an online webform, returning a completed business reply card and/or calling in response to an advertisement and requesting a call back. 

      **********************;indicated in the Complaint that they do not want to receive telephone calls from the Company. As per Complainants request, the telephone numbers in the Complaint have been added to our Do Not Call list. 

      We strive to achieve the highest levels of customer service and customer satisfaction and we use our best efforts to resolve customer issues to the customers satisfaction, as we believe we have done here.  Accordingly, we would greatly appreciate it if you would close this Complaint and remove any negative implications of the Complaint from our Better Business Bureau records.

      Receiving spam calls daily from this company despite my number being in the National Do Not Call registry. Ive attempted to block the calls several times, but just receive calls from a different number. Like other complaints have noted, I have not requested information from this company and have no need of its services. I do not wish to be contacted further and consider this harassment.

      Between ***** May 2023, Ive received 7 phone calls. Ive asked to be removed from the call list to no avail. I see that there are many of the same complaints and this company seems to reply with the same automated response. Im sure Ill still get calls, but I had to try.

      Repeated calls using different numbers with ********* prefix. Leaves no message. When one number is blocked next calls use different number. 14 calls from April 24 to May 11. Approximately 8 different numbers. Only stops if set phone to silence unknown callers, but restarts when feature is disabled.

      I get 2 and 3 calls daily from this company. I've blocked three or four numbers so far and they call constantly from other numbers too. I've asked them to put me on the do not call list and they laugh and hang up. Stop the telemarketing

I never signed up for, filled out any form or requested information from your company or a call from your company.  You are spam and are violating the federal do not call registry and will face fines of $11,000 per call.

      This company calls repeatedly throughout the day and night. I am on the do not call registry, have blocked this number through my phone service provider and via my phone settings, yet they continue to call and harass me all day, every day. Please hold them accountable for this incessant and harassing behavior.
