      Quantum 3 Media, keeps calling at all hours of the day and evening, telling us they are calling about Healthcare or ********* we keep telling them that we are not interested and that we do not want to be disturbed any longer and to remove our number from their calling list. Several of their associates have said they will put us on their do not call list but we keep getting called, Both on my phone and on my wifes phone and our house phone. What do we have to do to get this to stop, I believe our next step is to call our Attorney since we have already placed our numbers on the National do Not Call list.

      I write in response to Complaint #18400599. Quantum 3 Media is a licensed insurance agency that employs insurance Advisors who assist consumers with pre-qualifying them with ******** over the telephone.  *********** calls people who have requested a call from an Insurance Advisor by, for example, opting in through an online webform, returning a completed business reply card and/or calling in response to an advertisement and requesting a call back.

       

      ******************* indicated in the Complaint that they do not want to receive telephone calls from the Company. As per Complainants request, the telephone number in the Complaint has been added to our Do Not Call list.

       

      We strive to achieve the highest levels of customer service and customer satisfaction and we use our best efforts to resolve customer issues to the customers satisfaction, as we believe we have done here.  Accordingly, we would greatly appreciate it if you would close this Complaint and remove any negative implications of the Complaint from our Better Business Bureau records.

       

      We have also included the National Do Not Call list information (below) as well so you can possibly limit other unwanted calls, not related to our company. No further action will be taken by our company, and we consider this matter resolved. Thank you.

      Extremely annoying company. For the last 3 days we have been receiving call every couple of hours from Quantum 3 Media. The calls bounce all over *****************. I have blocked several of their numbers and yet they still keep coming from different numbers.

      I am on Government DO NOT CALL LIST and these scams are calling me on my personal cellphone at least 5 times daily asking for money for various insurance purposes. They told me they are with q3m assistant solution which shows on ****** they are the same with Final Expense Assistant Q3M Insurance Solutions doing business as Final Expense Assistant and TZ Insurance Solutions, LLC. I have never heard about them until they started blasting my phone at all hours of days and night, weekends included, never done business with them, asked them to take my number off of their lists and databases. Problem is that they use calling centers overseas and those people cannot speak or understand English. They speak broken English with a strong Indian accent. I need these spammers to stop calling me effective immediately. They obtained my cellphone number illegally and they keep calling. I blocked their numbers but they use either spoofing apps or voip as they change numbers and they keep calling. Please make them stop otherwise I will take legal action against them and sure them for harassment and duress.

      This company calls me nonstop all day long.I have a total of 12 diff phone numbers that lead back to this company. Every time I block their number - they call me on a different number. I am 60 year old female and I feel I am being harassed. I dont know who or what this company does or why they feel is necessary to call me over and over. I am about to call the police for assistance.       I am rejecting this response because:

      Everything in the rebuttal from business is false. I have private insurance and do "require assistance" for ********* I did not sign up or ask for this service. I have nearly 100 calls made to my phone from this company and I believe this is harassment. I blocked one number and they simply would use another phone number to call me. This would go on during work and evening hours. My complaint stands. Stop harassing people and admit the tactics you are using to gain access to private persons phones. FYI: my number IS listed on the National Do Not Call Registry. Obviously this is completely disregarded. Your customer service is horrible and your response is *********.
