      This telemarketing call was received 5/22/23 from 3QM Insurance We are on the national DNC registry. BBB.do not allow this company to cut and paste their canned response. That just shows that they continue to break Federal Law and ignoring the national DNC registry Stand up to those companies whom are using the BBB reputation for their continued abuses ethical behaviors. Their reputation eventually can become the reputation of those that recommend them. The power of the word of mouth.Again, no canned responses will be accepted. There are higher authorities that could be interested in something like this activity.

      This company keeps calling me back to back 3 times a day and 5 minutes ago. I have asked them to stop calling me but the person on the phone got smart mouth with me and said that she's going to call me back. And it hasn't stopped. This was 3 days ago.

      This business has been calling my home every evening at least once but sometimes twice, at about the same time - between 6 and 7 pm. I am on the National do not call list. I HAVE NOT requested any information regarding any kind of insurance quote from any entity, be it verbally, over the phone, or online. I want this business to stop calling me! I have seen multiple complaints about Q3M where they seem to issue apologies (I guess) to complainants but I am not convinced that the company has actually stopped calling. I do not want an apology or an explanation of their business - I've read those already in connection to the other complaints. I WANT THESE CALLS TO STOP!!

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I will happily accept the terms the business laid out as long as they keep them. IF I continue to receive calls I will file another complaint. I also appreciate the link to the National Do Not Call list, but as I said in my initial complaint I AM ALREADY ON THAT LIST! I have registered my home number, my cell phone number and my spouse's cell phone number.

      I get as many as three calls a day and the person says they are calling from ********* I have blocked their numbers several times a day but keep getting calls as they just use a different phone number. They are not ******** and it is deceptive to say that they are. I have not requested or looked for any type of insurance so if that's what they claim, it is not true.

      This company calls me as many as 10 times a day from many different telephone numbers. I block one number and they call me from another. I have never requested any insurance information and do not want to continue getting theses calls.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Q3m Insurance for their persistent and unwelcome phone calls, as well as their lack of responsiveness to my requests. The purpose of this complaint is to seek your assistance in resolving this matter and holding Q3m Insurance accountable for their actions.Over an extended period, I have been receiving numerous unwanted calls from Q3m Insurance, which have caused significant disruption and annoyance. Despite my repeated attempts to address the issue directly with the company, the calls persist. It is important to note that I have never solicited or signed up for any of their services.Additionally, when I answer these calls, they abruptly drop, preventing any meaningful communication. Consequently, I have been unable to convey my request for removal from their call list or seek clarification regarding their intentions. This lack of responsiveness on the part of Q3m Insurance is highly concerning and reflects a disregard for consumer rights and customer service standards.To support my complaint, I am willing to provide proof in the form of call logs documenting the repeated calls I have received from Q3m Insurance. These logs will serve as evidence of their persistent contact despite my clear indication of disinterest.As a concerned consumer, I believe it is essential to bring this matter to your attention and request your intervention.       Five times they have called I have asked to be put on the do not call list, if one number is blocked they call back with another. I have 17 different numbers blocked for this company. The last eight calls they simply hang up. If further harassment continues I will contact a lawyer.

      I write in response to Complaint #********. Quantum 3 Media is a licensed insurance agency that employs insurance Advisors who assist consumers with pre-qualifying them with ******** over the telephone.  *********** calls people who have requested a call from an Insurance Advisor by, for example, opting in through an online webform, returning a completed business reply card and/or calling in response to an advertisement and requesting a call back. 

      *********************** indicated in the Complaint that they do not want to receive telephone calls from the Company. As per Complainants request, the telephone number in the Complaint has been added to our Do Not Call list. 

      We strive to achieve the highest levels of customer service and customer satisfaction and we use our best efforts to resolve customer issues to the customers satisfaction, as we believe we have done here.  Accordingly, we would greatly appreciate it if you would close this Complaint and remove any negative implications of the Complaint from our Better Business Bureau records. 

      We have also included the National Do Not Call list information (below) as well so you can possibly limit other unwanted calls, not related to our company. No further action will be taken by our company, and we consider this matter resolved. Thank you.
