I have never contacted Q3M Insurance for information nor have I submitted any online requests for any insurance. Q3M calls me everyday all day long. I do not answer because I know it will just get worse. I want them to take me off their call list. I am already on the National do not call list which has helped to curtail other spam calls, but Q3M does not abide by this ban on spam calls. Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint.The Company writes that they call "people who have requested a call from an Insurance Advisor by, for example, opting in through an online webform, returning a completed business reply card and/or calling in response to an advertisement and requesting a call back."
This may be true. What they omit from this statement is that they ALSO cold-call people like me, who have no business relationship with the company, and have not requested a call or responded to an ad. I have a personal insurance agent who handles all my insurance matters, and have never requested a call from Q3M. My number is listed on the Federal Do Not Call registry.
That being said, all I want is for the Company to cease calling me. Since they have agreed to this request, this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I get up to 5 calls a day from this company that leaves no voicemails and changes their number every time I block it (at least 7 different numbers sometimes calling from an unknown number).
