  Zero stars if I could, they harass me everyday for payment but hadnt sent anyone to my home. The guy that originally came to sell the pest control pushed very hard to sell it. Now I cant back out as Id have to pay over 200$ to cancel. What gets me the most is the harassment phone calls and texts to get me to pay when I havent seen anyone in the previous months I HAVE paid. Legion pest control is a SCAM!!!!

  Salesman approached me while I was outside. He started telling me about Legion Pest Control service. I told the guy that I dont have enough pest to need their service. He looked at my yard and said you have some ant hills. Since Im allergic to ants, I asked him how much would it cost to spray outside only. He told me $39.99. I agreed for them to spray and made an appt. When they came to spray, it was raining. I wanted to reschedule but was told the spray was water proof. Anyway, the spray didnt work. When I called to cancel, I was told I would have to pay $260. I was also told that I had sighed a contract stating I only had 3 days to cancel. Mind you, the guy never mentioned this. I signed for them to charge my card not knowing it was a contract. As a much senior citizen, I should have known not to talk to door to door sales people. Now they are harassing me. Ive asked them cancel any spraying. A few days later they will send email with a new scheduled day. They have sprayed once and I have paid once. I want this to end.

  I would give them zero stars since their sales tactics were deceptive. The salesman knew we only wanted one month of service thus wrote a check vs provided a credit card. We signed the iPad trusting he was honest. Clearing he wasnt as much to our naivet the company set up recurring withdrawals from our checking account. Because we arent at the property full time they were able to enter the property without permission and unnoticed. When we figured it out they wouldnt refund money and begrudgingly waived the $175 cancellation fee. Its too bad they were so sneaky as we were trying to support a new business - we wont make that mistake again! So much for being nice and trusting.

  Deceptive Practices and Hidden Fees - Be Careful!I had a very disappointing experience with Legion Pest Control. When a ***resentative came to my door, I was told I could pay $40 for a one-time service, as I had declined the ongoing monthly service package. However, a few months later, I noticed they were charging me $40 every month. I tried calling their office multiple times, but no one answered. When I finally got through, they informed me that I had signed a one-year contract with $40 monthly payments and would have to pay a $300 cancellation fee if I wanted to cancel.I was never made aware of this so-called contract. The sales *** made it sound like a simple one-time payment. Due to the lack of transparency and poor communication regarding the full terms of the agreement, I ended up paying the $300 cancellation fee just to get out of it.Beware if you decide to use their servicesread every detail in the fine print and ask all the necessary questions, because they might sneak in hidden fees without you realizing it.

  Predatory solicitation. Misleading customers claiming to be local. They trick you into signing and then try and charge a 200 cancelation fee. Upon my first "service" no one called or knocked to introduce themselves. They just walked up in my yard

  Service was ok. But the sales tactic is a scam. $49 for first service then quarterly service after that. Pay up front and have the service done. All of this is fine and dandy, even after asking can I cancel and stop service any time and the sales guy for sure said absolutly no problem. I start getting monthly drafts for $40 and tell the scheduling email to cancel after this quarter. I then get an email back saying if I cancel today they are going to charge $220 and I I wait till the quarter is over its going to be $299.99. I was never told of a cancellation fee after asking and they said well you signed on the iPad agreement that youd pay for the year of service. No I signed for the one time appointment and no kind of monthly drafts. Like i said service was ok. Sales tactic is awful!

  Absolute scumbags. Door to door salesmen go around making rude comments when you say no. Not sure what they thought I would do after they threw out insults. Don't give them a single cent of your hard earned money

  For the love of god please shut this business down. They harass everyone who doesnt give them the answer the want. It was nearly 6pm when they showed up to my house and started talking to my husband. He kindly told them no we have another company we do business with and were not interested. My husband came inside and asked what I thought I said no thanks and the guy insisted that he wouldnt leave until I came outside. He called us rude and horrible names. We were so polite. We even got it on camera. We were scared and almost called the cops because he hung around the area for a long time later. I wrote a review on ****** and there are so many bad reviews saying the same thing. Its so scary

  Tech used a fog machine to treat my neighbors ************** on my fig tree at my fence as well as over my fence. I have livestock just over the fence where he sprayed. When my husband asked him what chemicals he used so we can be alerted if the chemical(s) ould harm our ***** **************** the tech told my husband it was none of his business. We called the company at 980-BUG-1111 to get the name of the chemical(s) sprayed, the manager told us it was none of our business since we aren't the customer.
