    The sales person that came to my house on a Segway to sell their services was kind, that is about all I can say good about this company. I had the initial service, and still had a problem with ants within the next two weeks. I had another service where a gentleman came out and sprayed inside and outside, and yet again saw pests the very next two weeks. I called and left a voicemail, they didn't call me back but instead texted to say somebody would come out the following Monday. I took the day off work to be there for the pest control and waited, waited, waited and nobody showed up..... at 8:30 AT NIGHT when it was already dark outside, a man showed up to spray. I declined the service because I did not feel comfortable letting a stranger into my house at night as a single mother, and I was in the middle of our bedtime routine (I have four kids). I called multiple times and didn't receive a call back, but was texted by a service representative. I texted back MULTIPLE times to say I'd like to cancel my membership ($55/month) because I am not satisfied with the product, or the service, and they kept texting back trying to persuade me to not cancel and I assured them I wanted to cancel. They then said I would have to pay a fee to cancel, and that a director would be calling me..... days go by and I have not heard from the company then they withdrew ANOTHER monthly fee of ($55) from my account!I have paid this company almost $200 for a very poor product and service and am livid. Like I said, I am the head of my household with one income to support my family, I have a lot on my plate and I trusted this company that I could pay to take one thing off my plate, and they have done a poor job and had even worse customer service. Now I am frustrated, and down a significant amount of money to have zero return.
