    This was my third move in the last 15 months, and these guys have become my go-to for moving services. The owner, Paul, is a really cool guy, and he always sends his best team for the job. We've used their services several times, and not a single scratch or breakage has ever occurred. Highly recommend them!

    For our recent long-distance move, we worked with A Plus Moving Group, and they were excellent. The group was incredibly productive, well-organized, and on time. Everything came in wonderful shape, and they handled our furniture and boxes with exceptional care. They provided excellent customer service, swiftly attending to all of our inquiries and worries.     Moved from ****** to *******. Only shipped ***** cubic feet of items which included a brand new 75 flat screen tv! Tell me how you cant find a 75 flat screen tv after the company A Plus Subcontracted my job to (Gold ***************** A Russian guy showed up in a U-Haul with 2 Samoans as helpers and one was a 12 year kid! The Russian guy then tried to tell me I had to pay him an additional $792.00 dollars or he would cancel my job & bring back my stuff after picking it all up & me giving him the check for $2,300.00 (thats after me giving A Plus Moving a $1,769.25 booking fee) i tell him Im calling the main company and telling them what hes doing he tells me ****** no need to do that Ill just figure out what to do. I was promised a 3 week delivery window then my items take 8 weeks to get here. My boxes arrive opened and again my 75 flat screen brand new tv is the main thing missing! then still having to pay some other random company they hired called Gold Creek Relocation another $985.75 just to get my stuff in this condition and biggest item missing! I was told I need to file a claim after they try to find it at their warehouse or call all the deliveries before mine to see if anyone has my tv now I cant get anyone to answer my emails, texts, or phone calls! Unbelievable its not just a tv its the principle of the fact that they cant prove the contractor didnt steal my tv, made me chase them for weeks for updates on my delivery, and now chase them to be reimbursed for my tv and the shipping charge for shipping my tv that just grew legs and disappeared. I have all screenshots and receipts as proof to anyone reading this review DONT CHOOSE THE COMPANY (FYI, the contract states nothing in regards to missing items and compensation. Their contract only states compensation amounts for damaged items. However, my stuff is missing not damaged so that is why Im chasing them to be compensated.) - brand new TV, screenshots prove TV purchased on Jan. 28, 2024

We understand that this has been a frustrating situation for you, and we would like to address your concerns. The customer was referred to our claims service provider CSI to file a proper claim as required by the law. The customer was sent login information on 07/26/2023 to file a claim online. Up to date no claim has been received. Once the claim is received it will be analyzed in the order it was received and compensation will be offered based on our legal liability and within the time frame allowed by law.     With A Plus Moving Group, I had an amazing experience. The movers were very helpful, courteous, and timely. They made the effort to properly wrap and safeguard my furniture, making sure it arrived undamaged. Their customer service and attention to detail were superb.     We weren't expecting as much from A Plus Moving Group. The group handled everything with care, professionalism, and promptness. Fair and open pricing was offered, with no additional fees. Our transfer went smoothly because to their effectiveness and meticulousness. We would absolutely use A Plus Moving Group again and heartily recommend their services!
