      On Sunday June 25th. I went to the ********** ** Take 5 location and had my oil changed. I paid $79. I left and went to the store and heard the skid plate dragging. I drove back to take 5 and the workers told me that they didnt have the bolts and could only zip tie. First off I had the bolts attached when I arrived to have my oil changed. I drove to work Monday and on my way home on I-485 the plate came loose and I almost wrecked trying to get off the highway. I got to the side of the road and called the ********** location and spoke with the manager who was extremely apologetic and offered to replace the plate once the new one arrives. He had 2 employees come to me from a different location to remove my skid plate. I sat on the side of the road for almost 2 hours. I could have wrecked. Your employees let me leave knowing the did not bolt my skid plate back. I want my money back and my skid plate replaced.

      I took my truck in to be service with an oil change only and after the technician whose name is ***** told me that he would recommend a coolant flush and feel and the truck will be fine for the next few years so I decided to agree to the service also an oil change two days later I noticed that the driver side floor was wet with a substance and it looked like it's brown in color and had a white powdery base so I called Take Five and they told me to bring the truck back so I did when the service was performed it did not rain for 3 days and the floor was wet prior to the Rain so I don't know what happened during the service take five instructed me to let them take the vehicle to a repair shop just to be diagnosed it's one that they work with all of the time mobile magic auto repair in ********* ************** after I got a phone call when the mechanic looked at the truck I was told that it was a leak in the windshield and they don't know why it's on the driver side and what the substance is so I called take five and they told me the manager that was there has transferred and now I cannot drive the vehicle because it is wet on the driver's side continuously it doesn't even dry up I need someone to correct this issue who works with Take 5 Oil Change and make this repair right I think that is bad business practice because they decided that they were not going to take the blame for what occurred for the service that caused the issue with the floor I need someone to take responsibility and make this consumer issue right.

      Sept 28 (per receipt) I had an oil change done by the above company on my 95 **** f350.The next day I found a oil puddle under my *********** kept smelling oil, so I checked the oil level and found it low. I also found the oil cap not installed but on the battery. I topped off the oil with 5 quarts and reinstalled the oil can.The next day I continued to find oil under my truck, so I went under it and found the oil filter so loose it was woobly, covered in oil, with oil dripping off it and the filter almost coming off.I tightened the filter and again topped off the oil with 5 quarts.I contacted **************** multiple times, which is an answering and never received a call back.I called the store and was told the manager was on vacation for the remainder of the week and that he would call me upon returning to work.I never received a call back so I called the store again. Spoke to the manager and was told to come in and he would credit our card back. I told him I was out of town and it would be approx. a month before I returned.I returned to the store on 11/27 to get another oil change and the refund the staff on duty called the manager and he denied any knowledge of our prior conversation or issue. They told me to call corp. I called corp again three times, left three messages and have again received no reply from Take 5 or should be known as Take your money and run
