  The two gentleman that installed our carpet were friendly and fast. They completed the 320 square foot room in about an hour and it looks great. They cleaned up and gave me some tips on the next carpet project we have. I would certainly recommend them and hope they return in a few weeks when we do the next room. Thanks!!

  Very good job ! Gave our house the refresh it needed. So much cleaner and brighter with the new tile. The crew was very skilled and worked with us to be able to live in the house while the work was in progress . This was very important since we retiled about 3/4 of the house . The tile flows smoothly from one end of the house to the other. Its a joy ! Thank you .

  We had carpet installation in two bedrooms and four closets. The workers, ******** and ****** were terrific, working until they completed the work with no breaks. They moved the furniture that was ************ as if it was their own. The carpet looks great, with all the furniture back in place, the rooms vacuumed, and all old the area was cleaned just like before they came. We appreciate the job that was done so well, and the workers work ethic. ******* 10/5/22

  It took 2 months for them to send out a person to install my tile floor. I bought the material in the beginning of Aug 2022 and I was never told by ****** or Service Pro that the tiles needs to be kept in side of the house. That would had not matter if the floor was installed in that month since the temperature is above 70.The contact person from Service Pro never instructed me to make sure they were inside when I was schedule for installation on Oct 3 and I spoke to her twice. They do a horrible job of communication with the customer. I had to reach out to both them and ****** to find out when my floor would be schedule after two weeks had gone by after I purchased the material. This will probably be the last time I have ****** install something as long as they are using Service Pro.

  Our installers arrived right on time. They looked at the area that we were having new flooring installed and then asked to see the materials. After checking that everything was here they got to work!You could tell that they've worked together before because of the teamwork. We were asked questions and although we had a little bit of a language barrier it all worked out fine. Their work was impeccable and they went above and beyond to help us with our washers and dryers. I would wholeheartedly recommend this team!
