    The process of picking out and having carpet installed in our home was a much better experience than I was expecting. Lowes and the contractors kept in touch with us. Let us know every step that was to be expected and when it was time for the carpet to be installed the three guys that came worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job. Were very pleased with our choice to go with Lowes.

    We've had floors installed in ********** while we lived there. ***** and now here we are impressed with the way we had our floors done here they did it professionally fast and they were very efficient there was very little waste the work completed was above and beyond thank you very much

    Didnt show up on scheduled date. Rescheduled but received a call that they were unable to make it. When we complained, someone showed up late that afternoon and rushed through the job. Unacceptable service and poor communication.

    Our backsplash project is not completed despite numerous attempts to reschedule with Service Pro. The installation crew did a good job however job was not completed because they received misinformation on their paperwork as to area to install tile. This installation was after three other attempts to start project fell through.The communication with this company is horrible. I could continue with this review however I find myself getting to frustrated to do so.
