    The ******* Lowes subcontracts with Service Pros Installation. The original guy came out and measured my entire home. I had picked my product and was not informed that there would be a problem installing luxury vinyl laminate. I even inquired and said what can be done if the flooring is slightly off in one corner. I was told the crew could make corrections. The first day of installation the crew did not show. They said there was a van issue. This left me having back to back installation for flooring. This is for a 84 year old Vietnam Veteran. The crew arrives and states that they will only do part of the job. Thouroughly disappointed. ******* ***** daughter of Veteran.

    The absolute worst service company I have every experienced. They began a floor in stall for 200+ square feet on 9//4/2024 and as of 11/25/24 the job is not complete. Between all the different people at ****** install department, the Service Pro's customer ********************** people and the management all you get is a "pass the ****** Comments like, I just work here and I'm not in control. First the floor materials ordered were incorrect and they couldn't finish the install, then the correct piece was ordered in the wrong color, and they couldn't finish, then they couldn't find the correct dye lot to finish the install. It's going on 3 months, and I get two calls a week to inform me they have no updates.They are the worst company to deal with if there is a problem. Do not use them.***** is rude and unresponsive; ***** won't get on the phone. Customer ********************** people are useless and can't make anything happen. They simply read you an update from a monitor stating no update we will call you in 3 days.When you lose all your patience with their lack of competence, they treat you like you're the problem. Absolutely, ******* experience. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and hire someone else. If ***** hadn't hired them, I would have never chosen this company.

    Worst experience of my life! If I could give negative stars I would. The service pro system has too many cooks in the kitchen that dont know what the other is doing concerning your project. We were quoted a price to have a new kitchen floor which included labor and all materials. A flooring expert came to determine what was needed. when it was time to schedule an install date, we were told we couldnt get one until we paid additional $300 for more materials. After arguing and getting nowhere we paid the $300. When the installer started working, he stopped and would go no further. He talked to his boss and said they need $500 more to continue. Our floor was already half ripped up so we were at their mercy to pay the $500. The installer started the floor and then stopped and said he had to go onto another job, leaving our floor unfinished. Its 7 PM by this time with all the time wasted. He returns to finish the floor and finishes at 11 PM . We were told this was a half-day job! Because our house was upside down with all the kitchen furniture in our living room we were outside the whole time until 11 PM. Huddled around a fire to keep warm. The next day we noticed several things that were ruined by shotty workmanship. Stains on the rug, cracked baseboards etc. The extra materials that we paid $300 for were not needed so we were told we could lug seven sheets of plywood back to Lowes our self for a refund. Now, how are we going to fit plywood in a car? Lowes told us they would arrange for a pick up. Guess what- nobody ever showed up so we ended up renting a truck ourselves. we called service pros customer ********************** to let them know how unsatisfied we were. They switched us to no fewer than seven people over three weeks of phone calls , telling the same horrible experience to each one of them, who never called back with a solution. We finally end up with a very small refund for compensation. Never ever again will I use Lowes or surface pros for anything?.!!!

    Installers did a very good job. Were there on time. Finished vinyl floor installation in three bedrooms and closets in less than half a day. Very few marks on baseboards. Answered all my questions.
