  I was paying $600 a month, for 6 months with this company. This company in my opinion is a scam. I was told when I started using them to do my social media and SEO for ****** that they will recreate my website for me and if I ever decide to cancel and get it back from them, then they will give me it back when i cancel. But listen very carefully because they only give the "CONTENTS" of the website back and then u are expected to hire another company to rebuild your website. My representative said they do this because we are no longer paying for their service to market with townsquare. Also I was very displeased with their other services. The social media felt like standard templates that was not personal to my clients and it seemed like they took a specific template and used it for multiple or all of their clients. They also told me I can only focus on expanding in one city at a time or else it was going to cost more or i was gonna have to sacrifice some of my ************************************************** 10 key words for my ****** SEO and then guarantee 3 of those key words will be rated in top 3 on ******. Come to find out the key words they recommend you and get to the top are key words that are very uncommonly used by searching clients. One thing that should of steered my away from this company sooner is the communication with them. They tossed me around to 4 different representatives in my 6 months. They claimed to me that if I ever need to request anything to be changed or updated on my website it is free and they will take care of it. But they failed to tell me it could take 2 months to update, as it did for me multiple times, and after multiple reminders. After 6 months of service I had a total of around 800 viewers on my website. And a small handful of contact forms filled out on my website. most of them being other marketing companies telling me Townsquare team is doing a poor job marketing my company.

  I'm sorry you did not see value in your services. While you do own your domain (even if we purchase it for you) and the contents of your website, we do have in the contract that the website design itself is not transferrable. The reason is because it is built on our proprietary platform, which allows us to make mass updates as needed. The coding for the site would not work outside of our platform, so if you are moving to a new website provider, you do need to rebuild your site on the new platform. We follows ******** best SEO practices when it comes to helping your site rank. While you may see 10 keywords on your initial report(s), that does not mean you cannot/will not be found by a multitude of other key terms. We focus on terms that are most searched in your area. ****** advises to expand an area at a time to build credibility. Campaign success can vary based on different factors such as population, competition, online presence prior to starting with TSI, etc. We are always happy to review your campaign to change course based on your business needs.   If I could rate zero stars I would case they even care they ripped me off big time stole **** dollars from me 600 dollars a month great seo work and website development h*** I got a hole whopping -0 customers interested in giving a f&&&&@) they call a hole never not one time it also made me sic after all same review problems identical to the t I have posed a major threat to my sucess I almost lost my 60 thousand dollar truck and very nice place to stay over their bs fake carefree dont care about sucess 1 time in fact u pay price gouging amour to technology they have is destroying u as a hole h*** have an army ready to destroy u a start up business u know they lucky Im intelligent I wont back down after charging me **** dollars and nothing 6 months more payment s go thru and they get away stealing my money no excuse why I have no website that I payed to have designs so I canceled the second I seen the bad reviews then stupid ****** have the nerve put ************************************************ personally with and llc wtf I want ever done back and some some more for my almost 1 second always away from basically f ** u get the idea this close they have 0 concern if money tight u even tell them after u had the ********************************************************************************************************** cancel too anybody who wouldnt have to be really rich Im not the guy my business was beginning they new that and to.   Most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Over promise, under deliver is the simplest way to describe this company. The lack of communication, lack of follow through, and lack of professionalism is absurd. Be warned!

  Townsquare interactive does nothing but bill you, that is the only consistency they have, it will continue even after you cancel "services" with them. They are horrible, promise they will "take care of it" and they "see the stop billing request" and "you shouldn't have been charged" and yet the debits keep coming out! Beware they are nothing more than thieves. Zero increase in business and the only ones viewing our website was us!

  I entered an agreement with Townsquare to redesign my website. It was a very frustrating process and while my representative would reach out to me frequently, my requests were not fufilled and the final design was dated and unpolished. I canceled my contract. The domain was supposed to be handed back over to me a week ago but it's still mapped to a Townsquare error page and my representative is telling me that it's my problem. I wish I'd never signed with this company, they are preying on small business owners.

We're very sorry we didn't meet your expectations on the design. We felt like we produced a professional website that looked good on any device and would attract potential customers.   I agree with ****************** saw absolutely no change in 3 months after spending $1200. I cancelled on our bill date and they claim we had to cancel the day before, so they charged us another $400. Now we are out $1600 and have not received one call or text from the new website. Zero increase in business! I was also told by a competitor that we weren't even coming through SEO, we came up only on map quest. Like **************** they switched our account manager 3 times. Also, at the beginning, the email response time was very quick. When I started to talk about canceling, the emails were not responsive for many days. I think it was a tactic to make us miss our bill date and charge us another $400. I can't go back and get our $1200 back, but I want the $400 that I was charged on the day I canceled! I too wish I could give them a negative rating!

We're very sorry this marketing did not work out for you. Building a web presence and achieving ******** trust can take several months. From your reports it appears the rankings were headed in the right direction. When you started out you only had 4 words on ****** and now you have over 10 keywords ranking on ******* Our team is doing all we can to get these keywords on the first page of ****** unfortunately you are in a highly competitive field and geographical area. Keep in mind you can have your domain and any content on our website if you choose to have another website built.

  Their disservice does not even deserve one star. From my experience Townsquare Interactive has been nothing but unreliable, unresponsive, full of empty promises, unrealistic, and have helped me with a ZERO increase in business. Theyre full of excuses and NEVER take responsibility. I do NOT recommend this business and I wish I would have done more research into the company before committing. The reviews speak for themselves. Do not waste your money!

  Please do not use this company! They bait and switched me on running PPC ads and refuse to refund me after agreeing via email. My reps were *************** and Queen ********* and they both used deceptive tactics in order to get me to pay and once I paid, they changed what they could offer. TOTAL SCAM

  If I could give them negative 100 stars I would. They are a joke. They lie to you about their capabilities and keep charging you. They can not do web design to save their lives. They are a complete scam! I am out $700, and the only thing they come up with is a website with contact us everywhere. It's supposed to be a website customers can shop, but it is not! Customer service is nonexistant. Run, run, run to anyone else but them.

  Horrible service. In the span of 3 months my account manager was switched out 5 TIMES. Never can get ahold of anyone to edit my website or ask a question. Instant hang **** Like what is this.
