    Town square make it seem like they do big things for people when you just starting a business I talked to multiple different people at this location and I let them know that I already had domain website basically I had everything already done prior to another company doing everything for me and I talked to someone by the name of ***** that I talk to I let him know that I had my own everything and he was saying something about my ****** been look right and distant this and that so I said what can you do to make the ****** page look better and he assured me how everything was going to look but it wasn't it was even worse so with that being said this company charged me $299 for something I already had done I just needed someone to host my business that all I didn't know that this company didn't work with the company who I was already have all my business through that business closed down so I needed to find someone else soon as possible for my glorias kitchen and I was not aware of the company redoing everything over and charging me for stuff that I already had people please do your research before you get screwed like I did because this company show stuck it to me and my bank wouldn't even disputed $300 gone to waste when I already had everything up and running all I needed was someone to host my business I didn't need another website I didn't need another domain I didn't need another menu I didn't need a lot of things because I already had everything done and this company we did everything and charged me $299 when I didn't need whatever the h*** they did so I got played out of this company and my bank so please don't do like I have done because I'm a first time restaurant owner and I was looking for help and this company took advantage of me really bad because I didn't know what I was doing and I didn't know where to start but I told them I had my own everything the company just went out of business and they told me they don't work under companies july 2025

    I tried using them for almost a year. I did get a single customer out of this. then canceled with them a few months ago and now the website is paid them to help build is gone too. This company and the people scammed me. Now that I've looked into them I see they did the same to practically all their customers.

    I would truly give this FRAUDULENT company negative 5 stars if I could. Stay away from these peoole. They will steal your small business' hard earned money. They do NOT deliver what they claim; its all just rehearsed speeches that sound promising. They dont return phone calls or texts once theyve "got you". Especially avoid working with JC, ***** or *****.

    Townsquare contacted me to start doing some advertising for my business. Everything seemed fine, so I told them lets give it a shot. Signed up with them, and then did some research on the company. Bunch of negative reviews on ****** and BBB. I called back BEFORE my onboarding and told them I wasnt interested in moving forward with them. They charged me $500 anyways for doing absolutely nothing for me or my business. These people do not care about you. They do not care about your business.

    **** + TERRIBLE COMPANY = THEIVES - They will shut down your website and threaten to send your account to collections if you express your unhappiness with their service.If I could give zero stars, I would. Townsquare Interactive has been one of the most frustrating, unprofessional companies Ive ever worked with. The customer service is terrible, emails and calls go completely unanswered, and no one takes accountability for anything.When you do get someone on the phone you're lucky if you don't have a screaming infant in the background or someone that just doesn't care....Multiple times I've requested an explanation of the data they claim to track but when you look at the dashboard they send you it's just flat out bogus. If they build you a website they want full control of your site, data and hosting. It was a fight to keep my domain hosted on my end and man I'm glad I at least got that. Now, upon trying to cancel for the last 2 months, they try all kinds of sales tactics to get you to stay onboard including lowering the price. I have blocked them from charging my card and have been trying to cancel but they said service will cancel at the end of the billing period, yea I'm sure it will so that I owe another payment.. I've requested a supervisor reach out on multiple occasions and get nothing back. I have expressed that the $500 outstanding balance is not the issue, it is the simple fact that I don't believe I was getting what I was paying for so, as a business owner, if a customer says that to me I'm going to want to understand why and if they are really that unhappy I will give them their money back (which has been 1 time in the last 10 years)!!! Instead, you will get threated with collections and the generic and classic line, "It's in the agreement you signed" LOL - I'm filing a compaint with BBB, this company is predatory and should not be allowed to take advantage of people like they ******.

    RUN AWAY from their predatory salesman calls preying on vulnerable small businesses. I regret giving townsquare the opportunity to help my online presence. They under delivered on their promises and communication dropped off steeply after initial months.
