    Their team members are very helpful and polite. They are teaching me the ********** of online business presence and have been patient with my many questions when we speak. My only wish is that we had a dedicated go to person (account rep) that knew us and our account instead of general emails for the various things.

    I hired this company out to do their full package; website design and updates, social and SEO and almost got baited into radio ads.. Which they charge thousands for. I decided against the radio and tv ads but paid them ******* a month depending on how much I complained to them about my dissatisfaction. After 8 months I cut them off, they repeatedly lied to me about my SEO results and getting ahold of anyone that can actually do something. The sales guy I originally did the deal with constantly assured me I was or would soon be in the top ten for my area on search results and to let him know when I had problems getting anything done. I would and then he would have someone call me and we would go through a runaround on the phone constantly getting transferred from department to department. Nothing got done other than the website and that took two months itself. Long story short, it seems this company models it's business around having a huge network of people they can sell these services through but much weaker in the people that can actually do anything properly regarding their services offered.. It is a radio conglomerate company after all that has had to shift to digital marketing to keep from dying with the radio.. The price is much higher than any local business I've used as well that offers the same services with much more attention to detail and work actually gets done.
