      This morning I visited Belk online to purchase 3 purses that was marked down to $24.99 each. When I got to checkout, there was an error message stating there were technical issues and will be back ASAP and to visit my local store; I screenshot every step of my attempt online prices and the items I had in my cart. So I drove 30 miles thinking I could finish my online purchase in store, but when I went to the purse section of the store, there was an associate in the makeup area that asked if I needed help or wanted to look at a purse. I told her why I was there and thats when she proceeded to show me the sign on her makeup counter stating the store was not honoring $24.99 prices and sorry about the inconvenience. She stated that she didnt know anything about the technical difficulties with the site until she got to work; half of the associates was not aware of this but felt the store should have honored the online price even though it was an error on their part because I took it as me not being able to complete my online purchase but the site was redirecting me to my local store. So I called customer service and spoke with a gentleman about the issue and I told him I took pictures of the items I had in my cart. He apologized and told me the store shouldve honored the price and to call back in a few hours and speak to someone else about this and let them know I had proof. I called back 3 hours later and spoke with this rude representative which seemed as if was MR. ********************** and gave me a hard time, talking over me and basically telling me that I was the idiot for going out to the store to finish my purchase. I was on hold for 42 minutes to end up talking to this inconsiderate jerk which led me to hang up on him because of his rudeness. What ever happened to making it right especially when it comes to consumers that had nothing to do with the online glitches. I still want my items for the online listed price.

      On Saturday, December 17th, Belk has a pair of *************************** 1/2 ct tw Halo Diamond Stud Earrings advertised for $24.99 on their website as a Doorbuster. UPC *************. I went into the ******, ** store to purchase the item at that price. The store had the item and it rung up at another price. The sales person reached out for assistance from a Manager for override. The salesperson pulled up the item from the website on her register and it showed at $24.99 as a Doorbuster. The Manager, a woman came up to assist and outright refused to honor the price stating it was a glitch in the system and they could not honor it. I asked for the Store Manager. A gentleman whose name was ****** identified himself as a Store Manager and refused to honor the price citing he did not have permission from corporate to honor the price. He offered to sell me the item at a much higher price. I advised him I was calling the BBB and he said ok. I have a screenshot of the item with the price.

      I am trying to return an item and they will not take it back because I dont have the little blue tag with my item. Receipt say 90 day no hassle and they still will not return the item.

      I placed an order online through Belk on 11/12/2022 for two items (order #********** - $209.88 total). These items shipped separately, so I ended up with two separate credit card charges on different dates ($135.68 - 11/12/22 and $74.20 - 11/14/2022). A few days later (11/18/2022) these items went on sale and I called to request pricing adjustments, which I was granted. I received two separate e-mail confirmations of the credits being issued (the amounts referenced were $51.20 and $28.00). The first credit ended up posting to my credit card that same day (11/18/22) in the final amount of $54.14 (adjusted to include tax). I have never received the second credit, which I'm told should have totaled $29.61 (again, adjusted for tax). I have called Belk numerous times, spent HOURS on the phone, and they keep pointing the finger at my credit card company (Citi). I have spoken with **** and they insist that if Belk had sent the credit through, I'd have it, which I believe because **** has no claim to these funds - they aren't holding them and they can't keep them. Belk insists that they've issued the credit and my invoice has been adjusted... that *** be true on paper, but their accounts still hold my $29.61. I spoke with a representative on 12/5/22 who told me that someone from their credit team would reach out to me regarding escalation case #******** and I would hear from someone within a week. I did not hear from anyone, so I called on 12/12/22 and the representative said I had to give it 7 business days and I would hear from someone by Wednesday (12/14). I made a point to tell that representative that if I ended up having to call back yet again that I would be expecting my entire order to be refunded... I never heard from anyone. On my most recent call to Belk as of today (12/16/22), I spoke with a supervisor named ***** who refused to assist me further, again insisting that the issue is with my credit card.

      On November 30th, 2022, during the Cyber Sale, I purchased three Comforter Sets for a total of $180.74 and $16.05 in taxes with free shipping from https://www.belk.com/. The order total was $196.79. I paid by debit card which had more than enough funds.Order #: ********** Five Days after the order was placed, I received an email from https://www.belk.com/. It stated that my order was cancelled. The email did not explain why the order was cancelled. I contacted customer service by phone. I was told that they would honor the discounted prices, since it was within a ten-day time frame. They still did not explain why the initial order was cancelled. The customer service agent suggested that I use a different card, which I did. There was no issue with the original card, since I used it to make other purchases on the same day.A second order was placed for the same items on 12/6/2022. Order #: ********** Although promised the same prices, my total was $215.58. However, I was willing to pay the price for the items. On 12/12/22, when attempting to track the items, I discovered that the order was cancelled once again. I called customer service and could not get a resolution. I was told that the 10 day period has passed and the discounted prices could no longer be honored. I still want the Items for the original advertised price of $196.79. I believe that https://www.belk.com/ advertised a price which they knew they couldn't fulfill. This company should not be allowed to advertise false prices.Initial order attached.

      On November 21, 2022, I made a purchase at Belk's ********** store for $37.10. The sales associate was very nice and professional. Unfortunately, in her efforts to obtain a credit card for me caused a huge problem with my credit rating. The inquiry caused my credit score to decrease by seven (7) points with ***************** who uses *********** as its ************** After spending a half day on the phone with *********** and Belks I was unable to dispute the inquiry. My ask from both *********** and Belks is to have the inquiry removed from my impeccable credit report. It is my understanding that the hard inquiry remains on my credit report for two years. It appears that Belk's associates should be very careful in selling unwanted credit cards.

      I am calling concerning many phone calls to no Avail concerning reward Box for an order Order number 0010353492-A All of my contacts after being referred and told to contact so that I could get the Belk credit to my order of $10 has been to no Avail. I have called ************ as told by Belk representative. I've called ************ at Corporate. The phone just continues to ring when told to prompt number 3. In addition I've had 2 experiences at the ************ ******* store that were unnerving and frustrating as far as customer service was concerned and also I an other customers standing in line for over 1/2 an hour before leaving behind one lady that was trying to get a coupon credit. It was rudely done. I also sent messages through the website twice, but no one has contacted me as of yet. Get in phone calls dead end ****'s ridiculous.

      I ordered items totaling in almost $1200 and did NOT receive my entire order. I know have half an armiore, my living room is covered in boxes and I cant do anything with them because pieces are MISSING. **************** wants me to carry these huge heavy boxes to a carrier and ship them back instead of shipping me the missing box. I can not even fit then in my car to return them. This is the worst customer service I have had and they have not only stolen money from me the gave ruined Christmas!
