  I had a great experience. My vehicle was delivered a few days ahead of schedule which was awesome. The driver communicated timing well and I like that I was provided the loading and unloading photos.

  Moving my son's car from **********, ******* to ********, ********** could not have been easier or more affordable. Everything from pickup to delivery was taken care of in a professional manner. The driver was on time and communicated with me to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. My son said it was the same level of quality at his end as well. Sherpa was recommended to me from my brother, and I will recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle shipped.

  I booked Sherpa Auto Transport to move a car from ************ to *******. They are great. I did a ton of research to find the right company, because the online reviews are overwhelming. They did pick up outside of the original window, but that was because the route was not overly popular. I did stress out about that a little, being honest. I had to follow up to get feedback on status on the last date of the pick up window. They didnt want to increase the rate, and asked to just give them a couple more days to find a carrier. The carrier they chose **************** was great. They picked up the car and dropped it off without issue. They were patient when the car had to be jumped to unload it too. I highly recommend using them.

  Quick pick up and reasonable delivery timeframe. Driver was in contact during the last 24 hours of delivery timeframe. Vehicle was cared for during transport. No hidden charges or surprises from Sherpa Auto Transport

  Sherpa arranged transportation of my vehicle, transporting it across country. Truck driver kept me informed of when he would arrive and was helpful in getting it unloaded. Hassle was minimal.

  Sherpa Auto is terrible. They lied to me and couldn't pick up my car when they said they could. So please do not mess with these people and they cost me $25 a day

We make every effort to meet the estimated pickup and delivery windows provided to our customers, this includes - proactively reaching out to carriers who have shipped on this for us previously and utilizing our full Price Lock Promise. Meaning, well contribute the entirety of our initial payment towards the carrier's fee to make your shipment the highest bid in the area in an effort to incentivize a carrier to pick up your vehicle at the earliest opportunity.Unfortunately factors beyond our control sometimes result in delays despite our best efforts.
