    The drivers arrived on time at pick up and delivery. When I had questions while my car was being transported, Sherpa was very responsive.

    What a nice experience working with Sherpa. I had so many questions because I have never shipped a car in my life. Even though i called many times with new questions, they were always respectful to me. Once everything was set and they were ready to pick up the car, we could not get the car started to deliver. Once again they were awesome and said no worries, we will put on a future car transport. Got a new battery and they were able to setup a transport in 2 day. So happy everything worked out! FYI: I found recommendation on Sherpa on Reddit and I am glad I did.

    Sherpa has a price lock promise in the event to secure a carrier they will kick in up to $300 if need be and unfortunately for them they had to do that with me but the estimated 5 day pickup did take longer which I would expect. My original price quote didnt change and no surprises at delivery. The driver called 1 1/2 hrs. before pickup and 2 hrs. before delivery and was very professional and a nice guy. Wouldnt hesitate to use Sherpa again.

    Sherpa was extremely professional and made the experience go very smoothly. They kept me well informed and were easy to work with. I have used other shippers in the past and had some not so pleasant experiences. With Sherpa, I was never stressed or uniformed. The driver also made for a pleasant experience. He kept in contact with me from start to finish. I highly recommend Sherpa and I will be using them for my future transports.

    We have used Sherpa and their drivers multiple times now and we don't even compare other companies anymore. We just call Sherpa! The price is always fair; the care of our vehicles is always top-notch; and the drivers are always highly capable and competent. They're also very friendly and their communication has been spot on each time.

    We contracted Sherpas to have our auto transported from ********* to southern *******. All went well with getting the vehicle down to ******* and it arrived in 3 days, as per our request. The return trip for the vehicle was disappointing. It took 17 to get our car transported from ******* to *********. We had contacted them well before the date that we wanted it picked up. At first, no one even knew when they might be able to arrange the transport. Normally, according to their marketing information, there is a five-day window for pickup. This time periodof 17 days is well beyond their advertising claims. After we received our vehicle back, I tried calling, but only got an recording stating to contact them by e-mail for a faster response. I never received an answer to my e-mail to discuss this situation. So, if you are considering using this company, please be careful regarding your selection.

    Had an amazing experience with Sherpa. Both Sherpa and my carrier were very communicative and my shipment experience was a smooth process. Shipped my car from DE to ********** so was a bit nervous but all went well.
