5 stars***** was great setting up the pickup of our vehicle and price info. They might have been a little pricier but was worth it. The driver ****** was great also, friendly and respectful. Kept us appraised of the timeline, pickup and delivery. Notified us the night before drop off with an estimate of arrival and was right on. 5 starsThis past Labor Day weekend, my wife and I used Sherpa and one of their contract carriers, ************** Transport, to ship a car from our home in the ***** area to our son in upstate ********. We decided to go with Sherpa only after doing a considerable amount of research on auto transport brokers available in our area. And were so glad we chose Sherpa it was an excellent choice! The whole process, from our initial contact with Sherpa through delivery of the car by Morganite, went off without the slightest hitch. In fact, the car was able to be picked up sooner and delivered earlier than we had expected when we began planning to ship the car. The price quoted by Sherpa at the outset was reasonable, complete, and guaranteed we were able to pay the entire cost upfront, and there were no additional charges at the time of delivery. At each step of the way, both Sherpa and Morganite were thoroughly professional, efficient, helpful, and friendly. Wed be happy to recommend them to anyone in need of car transport services! 5 starsAll and all, I would give them a 5. They had more trouble getting a transport truck than anticipated but held true to their price lock and paid an extra $200 out of their pocket to make it happen. We did miss our delivery window by a couple of days but I think that they did all they could do. They and the transport company always kept us up to date.Sherpa Auto Transport

5 starsHaving had to deal with shysters on my recent move, I was skeptical when it came to shipping my car, because that meant again, possibly using brokers. Yes Sherpa is a broker, but after speaking with them, and reading the reviews, which said that these guys are different, I decided to give them a try.They are! They did everything they said they would do, and my car arrived, without any jump in price, without any damage, and without any hassle of any kind! They gave me a good price, they sent a responsible and friendly driver, and they even sent me back my rebate, as promised, the day after I received my car. Bravo Sherpa!
