5 starsI have used Sherpa transport for transferring a car from ******** to ********. They used an Agency called Rapid Auto for the transport. Their communication was timely and professional. Price was reasonable. Thy picked up and delivered the car at the time specified. I will Recommend Sherpa to anyone who needs vehicle transferred.

4 starsI had a good experience with Sherpa auto transport. I would use them again. The communication around the pick up timeframe couldve been better. The sales team, the dispatch team were helpful. 5 starsI had a positive experience with Sherpa. If you are using a transport company please go into it knowing that it is a very aggressive industry. To get a quote you are required to provide your phone number and the various ******s, including Sherpa, will call and/or ***eatedly until you tell them youve gone with someone else. Please also understand that these are ******s and not truckers. They are not the ones who will physically be transporting your vehicle. All ******s require some sort of deposit up front which you can use a credit card for but the balance due is required in cash or money order or sometimes Zelle due to the trucking company upon delivery. Thats standard. If you pay all by cc you will pay more and all upfront. Sherpa called me on a Sunday. I told the *** I went with someone else. His ******** was, Ok. If anything falls through or you need us in the future, please reach out. He seemed sincere. Well my first ****** DID fall through, and based solely on the Sherpa ***s ******** I called them back to use them. They werent the least expensive but sometimes you get what you pay for. I worked with Ivy and she was very knowledgeable and not pushy. She answered all my questions and explained the complete process without coming across as a sales person. The transport was smooth and without issue. One recommendation for Sherpa is to send a thank you and how did we do follow up email after the transport is complete. One ****** sent auto-generated emails with general information about the transport business and things to look out for. Sherpa should do that too. Its good info to have. 5 starsPicked up when they said they would. Very careful with my car. Covered transport. Arrived in ******* in quick order. No issues, Driver, *** with ******* was thorough, professional and extremely nice. Will absolutely use again in the spring!!
