    I was under a lot of stress due to the nature of the move that I was making, initially I was slightly nervous because I didn't know what to expect in terms of timing everything. I must say the service was very good. Once they found a transporter Uzhaul Transportation, the driver updated me and met me in a good location when he said he would. Once the driver picked up my vehicle, I asked when could I expect my vehicle and he gave me an approximate delivery date and time. The driver actually delivered my vehicle sooner than expected, I was thrilled. The driver Bekzod Kuliev delivered my vehicle near the location I provided and I didn't have to worry about getting an **** to meet him to pick up my car. Mr. ****** was professional, friendly and courteous. He was thorough in documenting the things he saw with my car (although my car didn't have any real damage, but he was thorough nonetheless at the beginning of the pickup and at the end of the pickup). I would absolutely use the service again and I would refer friends and family to Sherpa Auto Transport and Uzhaul Transportation LLC.

    The process was very transparent and seamless. The transport driver was AWESOME. He transported the vehicle 900 miles and was able to deliver it within 2 1/2 days!. He was very flexible with my schedule. My vehicle was handled with care and respect during both loading and unloading.

    I had an amazing experience with Sherpa. It was nerve racking at first because of looking at other company reviews across the internet. I was hesitant thinking I would not find an honest reliable company until I found Sherpa and did my research on BBB which gave me some reassurance. The other thing I would like to point out is that my sales my was so professional and really was diligent in making the process easy for me. I'm so glad I chose this company, and I will recommend to others.

    While somewhat pricey, Sherpa was 100% worth it. My car was transported over ***** miles within 36 hours, and the driver was super great and communicative. I knew my car was in good hands with them.

    This was the first time I had my car shipped. It was going from ** to AZ via unenclosed transport. The transporter arrived on time to pick up the car and I got it 10 days later, intact. During transportI was able to call my transporter while it was in transport for any reason. I am very satisfied with the service that was provided by both Sherpa and Umbrella Transport and give them both five stars for excellent service. Thank you!

    Sherpa has superb service from booking, to an easy to read contract, to the assignment of very professional transport companies and well qualified knowledgeable drivers and Sherpa keeps all the parties in the loop. I can highly recommend them because Sherpa has multiple vetted transport companies on file which takes the hassle out of the moving process. Kudos, Sherpa!
