This has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Please beware and trust these reviews. My son had his car for 1 full week and took it to Take 5 for an oil change. They did not put oil back in his car!! The entire engine had to be replaced!! We are on month 3 and my son (an active duty solidier) does not have his car! Nobody answers their phones. Nobody calls back. No response to emails. NOTHING! We are getting a lawyer. This place is ridiculous.Review from Tyosha R

I pulled in at 730 am to get oil change, to be told I didnt need one. I was offered a coolant exchange and which I agreed to. I was charge $102. The tech either didnt put coolant in my car or did not close the top. He also failed to to reset my car system. I never had problems with my car which is 2022 dodge charger. The next day my car run hot on the freeway. I had tow to get my car home and then tow to get my car to a repair shop. This cause me over $400. I have contacted corporate no one has reach out. I will be taking legal action if a response is not received. This tech neglected to do the service he offered. This has caused me hundreds of dollars and stress. I been going to take 5 for years. I will never use them again. I have been to multiple locations but this one location caused so much stress in my life. I say do not trust them with your car or to double check everything before leaving. This will not be last time they hear from me but this was so crazy.Review from Rob L

If there was only a way to leave a 0/5 star review. They changed my oil and days later it all leaked out causing my engine to seize up. I took it to a mechanic who said it appeared they didn't even change the oil. I took them the report and they provided footage which was inconclusive at best and took zero accountability for making a mistake. They have incompetent employees. I left a review where they tell you to contact customer service only to have them tell you that it is privately owned and is up to the owner. This place is absolute TRASH and unprofessional. If you want to pay to have them destroy your car and take zero accountability, go here.Review from Jo Ann M

Took car to dealership for engine issues. Oil changed by Take 5 in ********* ** since 2016. Not once did they change the oil filter! Its now **** and the vehicle still has the 2016 oil filter in it. Engine damage, service technician said hes seen this many times with Take 5.Review from Pablo O

Never , ever ,ever again. Take 5 more like take 2 and a half hours. I showed up with only 2 cars waiting and 3+ people in the bay and waited almost 2 hours for them to tell me they aren't taking coupons on their ****** priced oil change . Let's do the math oil filter $5.79 + $20.00 high mileage oil + $20 for labor because all your doing is taking off the oil filter and draining the oil and putting new oil in. Go anywhere else but here. Don't believe the hype of these locations , it will not take 5 will take much longer and cost much more.If I could give negative stats I would...Review from Malik S

Shop manager admitted via text and email that he damaged my car. He tried to fix the problem but created further damage. I need my car repaired by Take 5 immediately. I am a disabled veteran and need my car.Review from Ryan W

they over tightened oil filter housing and cracked it. Been trying to resolve issue for months and no results. I can't get anyone to answer the phone or return my calls. Now my vehicle can't be driven until it gets repairedReview from Kevin K

This company does poor work and and even worse customer service. They did not know how to properly change the oil on my new ****** Tundra and they unbolted things on my truck that did not need to be. Then they did not reinstall everything back on my truck. They also had oil spilled under the hood on the motor, all over the fuse box where they set the oil jug that has left oil stains. There is oil all under my truck from splashing because they did not properly drain the oil. I went to the store and spoke to the manager and he advised me to email everything with pictures and he would start a claim. He responded to my initial email that he would be in touch the next day with an answer. It has now been a week since that email along with a few other emails and he nor anyone else will respond to me. I understand things happen but to not communicate and take care of your mistakes is not acceptable. Especially coming from a large company like Take 5 Oil Change.Review from William K

I took my wife's ***** CRV in for oil change on 1/18/24 in ********,** I have been a customer for a number of years. They also told me the cabin air filter needed to be replaced. I said Ok When it was all said and done, the total bill was over$121.00, I noticed that they cabin filter was $49.95. What So, I went on the net and found the exact filter was $9.39 on Amazon. I called ************** and the OEM ***** air filter was $39.00. What a rip off. I went back to Take 5 and they told me that was their price. I asked them to do the right thing , and they told me to pound sand. I am almost 80 years old and a disabled ******* vet, but my brain still works. The company is trash. They hire non certified mechanics to diagnose problems. I was a manager for the company and left under good standing with a two weeks notice. I recently tried to go to work again to find out a DM for the company would not hire me because when I left (with a two weeks notice) the other employees left on their own to other jobs. I had to turn in my company credit card and keys into another employee because no district manager or higher up came to get the item. Then this district Manger spread rumors I stole money. They let children run the company. If you have any damage we we're told to push the customer off until they give up. Good luck buyer beware they are using second rate oil and filters.
