      The crew at the ************, **** location are absolutely incredible! They are very friendly, competent, and offer excellent customer service! I will never have my oil changed anywhere else!

      On June 19, I went to get my car serviced for an oil change and I e been several times in a different car but on this particular evening I was going to OKC and I wanted to get an oil change before leaving further weekend; normally it takes around ten or fifteen hours but this time it took over 30 minutes because they were trying to get me to get another air filter as always then something to do with my coolant and instead of spending $70 I ended up spending $195.Two weeks later I noticed my car making a loud and rattling noise and after waiting too long I ended up going this past weekend on July 12 I went to a mechanic in my area and he could hear the rattling from outside and asked me has anyone else worked on my car and I said I only had an oil change he says ok that they would check it out and 20 minutes later my mechanic tells me that whoever did my oil change left my alternator cap off and it loosened which caused the noise to happen..He also eluded to me that he wouldnt go to that place any more because hes had several customers complain about similar engine issues as well as and after that warning I said I will have to go elsewhere to keep my car safe!

      Ive been bringing my car to the ***************** Take 5 (************) location for many years, and overall, my experiences have been positive. Ive always appreciated the quick service and believed the work was being done thoroughlyuntil my most recent visit on July 16, ******** positive note from this visit was the technician who looked under the hood and pointed out a loose battery connection. I appreciated him taking the time to bring this to my attention, as it could have caused serious issues. I immediately took my car to my regular mechanic to have it fixed.However, while at my mechanic, I was surprised to learn that several basic services had not been performed, despite being listed as completed on the attached "Service Check List." Specifically:My coolant was not topped off.Windshield washer fluid was filled with plain ******** tires were not checked.Transmission fluid was not inspected.This was very disappointing. The trust Ive had in your service has been shaken. I value the convenience of Take 5, but if I cant rely on the accuracy and thoroughness of whats promised, I will have to reconsider returning in the ********* sharing this feedback in the hopes it will help improve service standards and oversight at this location.

      ****, we're sorry you had a negative experience with us and inconvenience of the service failure. We always want our customers to leave our stores happy. Please know that you can visit and Take 5 Oil Change and have the items on the Service Checklist checked and completed since they were not completed. You can also visit the shop to have oil topped off for free during the Top Off Policy range, which is ***** miles or 3 months. Whichever comes first. Thank you.

      I called to get a price quote on full synthetic oil change. Lady said I'm texting you a coupon $25 off. You will pay $66. I hope it was recorded. I go to the location. I paid $93. Technician said she made a mistake. I ask the technician why does my sticker say ***** miles when the website said ***** miles for synthetic? He said thats the website. I have nothing to do with 5 minutes website. I asked how can you say that wearing that logo on your shirt. He said I dont care what the website says, I go by what I was told. The manager comes by and takes over the conversation. He explained take 5 does ***** miles no matter what kind of oil you get. I asked why pay $93 for oil thats treated just like the cheap stuff. He said you can go over. Of course I knew that because if I dont come it will be over. He said thats how take 5 wants to handle that. Before leaving I asked why is my maintenance light still on? He asked if the technician tried to turn it off? I responded no. He was focused on separating himself from take 5 the company. I told the manager you should work with that guy. He doesn't know how to respond to customers. I left frustrated by the situation. I paid $93 with my military discount. The coupon texted to me was useless.

      *****, sorry for the confusion and that the sticker was not explained. The oil change is not only good for ***** miles. The shops put the ***** mile number on the sticker as a reminder to customers about our Top Off Policy. The policy is good for ***** miles or three months, whichever comes first. During that time frame,customers can come in and get oil and other fluids topped off for free. We will have management connect with the shop to go over this feedback and get their operations back in order. Thank you.

      I didn't have a problem with the company policy. My issue was the price quote over the phone versus reality. OK she made a mistake. An employee trying to seperate his decisions from the company was frustrating. To say I dont care what the company has on its website was disappointing. To say I just do what they tell me no matter what logo was on his shirt isn't a smart response to customers. I suggested that he gets customer service training.

      I was in for an oil change and my oil pan bolt was stripped out. They stated this was done prior to them working on the car. My oil change before that was completed at TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE **************************************************. So even if the damage was caused prior, it was at Take 5 Oil Change. I had to have my oil pan replaced and cost $450 at the dealer. They denied my claim to reimburse me. I was stuck at there location for over 3 hours, until they were able to get a temporary plug put in so that I could return home. I will tell everyone I know that Take 5 is not the place you want to bring your business too.

      ****** * * They open @ 7.1 arrived @ Take 5 this morning at 7:40. First ******** there. The manager ********* said to me 1 just called my employee we can't service cars with one person. He said oh he having baby mama drama this morning. I don't have any kids so I don't have to go through that. A supposed to be Manager. That wasn't my business or his. I sat for a hour and half and was refused service because I complained about having to wait that long. Employee finally showed up @ 845 and I was told by the manager l'm serious get out my bay you backing cars up. I was also threatened that he will call the police and have me removed if he had to. Another ******** was running his mouth after me and he had nothing to do with it. I told him to mind his business because I was not talking to him. If I could give 0 I would. He acted as if I didn't have the right to be mad that I waited that long and was then refused service. Needless to say I will not ever go back up there. Customer Serviceneeds prayer in ******* today.

      I came in yesterday 07/02 for a basic oil change. Paid $120 for the oil change, they proceeded to "complete the job" and told me I was good to go. As soon as i turned right onto ******** out of the parking lot, my windshield got covered in oil and the entire engine bay got soaked in oil. My car then proceeded to die. I didnt even get one block from the shop. I walked back to the shop and they were unwilling to help me with anything what so ever. They proceeded to give me a claims number that is disconnected. And basically just kept saying they dont know what happened and they cant help me. I potentially have to get a new engine now. I arrived back to the shop this morning 07/03 at 7 am when I was told to be there to talk to ****** the shop manager. She called in sick. She knew i would be there to meet her. So i got the same run around of not being able to help me. I then had to pay out of pocket for my vehicle to get towed from where it died to a shop for diagnostics, which I will also have to pay for. This is absolutely unacceptable. I need a claim filed as soon as yesterday. I have video and photo evidence of every minute i was there til i left til the moment my car stopped working on my dash cam. I have everything I need to provide. They still have the $120 fo rthe oil change they did that destroyed my car. I cant get anyone to answer the phones to help me. Just a miserable situation really. Unacceptable.

      I wanted to take a few minutes to tell you about my oil change today at the **********, ******* shop. Talk about premium service! It's been extremely hot, and your guys were so nice and friendly, but also very professional. To be greeted warmly and given an ice cold bottle of water, that started the whole experience off to a wonderful beginning. I can't remember everyone's names, but I had ***** ***** and ****. They all need to hear how great my service was and that they did an exceptional job!!!It was my first time, and I will definitely be back. Thank you again!

      Took my car for a oil change Saturday morning was told I had a leak was showed a air filter with oil on it had my mechanic check Sunday morning he found my oil black and overfilled by about 3 qts the oil was never changed they just put oil over old the oil Took it back and the other service person agreed that my oil couldn't been changed after I showed him the sample changed it but I have been using this place with my other vehicle right after my oil housing went out now I wonder if from using this place

      Had my oil changed and 10 days later my suv blew the motor 2 mechanics said had no oil in it ********* for a motor I dont have .
