      This was the second time I received the oil change and this is the second time my engine light has came on after a oil change and take five does not want to take responsibility. Also, the technician did not know how to check my oil level to make sure the proper oil was inserted and either Customer has to get a diagnostic and pay the diagnostic fee due to this matter

      I would like to let you know about the service I received at the Take 5 Oil Change Center at ******************************************* **********, ** They were early birds which I was really happy about. I got a nice cold-water bottle. The service was excellent, friendly, answered all my questions and they were very polite as well as mannerly. I would gladly go back and recommend there service to any and everyone. Please let them know how much I appreciated such enjoyable service that I received.       I took my Buick Regal to Take 5 for an oil change, they only put 3 in the oil. I had problems with my car and had to take it to be repaired when the mechanic told me that the person who changed my oil did a bad job and damaged my car's engine. I sent a message to Take 5 about what happened and they never responded.

      Went here to get my oil changed before a road trip. My engine began leaking oil due to them improperly installing the oil filter which caused it to run out of oil while on the highway and caused the engine to begin knocking and my vehicle sustained engine damage. Contacted them multiple times through phone, emails, and was refused reimbursement because I had topped off my car with oil and took it to a mechanic to fix the issues they caused. Their regional district manager, *** told me that I could at least get a refund for the oil change, but when I went to the shop to get it, they told me that the manager had made a mistake and that the store owner did not allow for them to issue the refund. The people that run this business are immoral and put money above people's lives and well-being.

      I showed up at 7:45 pm for a basic oil change and was told that they start shutting down at 7 pm even though the close at 8 pm. I was only there at that time because I went to the Take 5 in ********** and they were out of the filter I needed. I really needed the oil change. The guy had the ordasity to ask me if I worked in the morning because I could come back then. They close at 8 pm not 7 pm so I should have been serviced.

      Take 5 Oil Change destroyed the transmission in my Mercedes.I trusted this company for years and never had an issueuntil this. I went in for a simple oil change, and the technician drained my transmission fluid instead of the oil before sending me on my way. Halfway home, my car began shifting gears on its own. I immediately returned, and the employee admitted the mistake and filed a claim with corporate.Since then, corporate has refused to take proper responsibility. They suggested doing a flush and fill and a quick test drivecompletely ignoring the fact that ******** themselves have confirmed the car needs a full transmission replacement.Its now been almost a month without my vehicle. Corporate has told ******** they dont want to pay for the damage, even though their own technician caused it.This is unacceptable. Take 5 needs to own up to their mistake and cover the cost of the repairs. Customers shouldnt be punished for the negligence of the people they trust to service their vehicles.

      Was charged twice for an oil change over a month ago!Have been told for over 3 weeks they would deposit the money back into my account, I understand mistakes happen, but im a disabled Vet on a limited income.A refund should not take this long!

      Attendant advised me my coolant was depleted and would need to be replaced at a cost of $140.00. I declined as I was having car brakes serviced in 2 days. Coolant was checked and found there was not a problem with the coolant. I will never recommend using Take 5 Oil Change and will not use their service again.

      This business is awful. The TAKE 5 on government street in *********. The manager is name *****. I went there for an oil change and 4 days later I had no oil in my vehicle. I contacted the business through a third party business there is no direct contact number for the facility. I proceed to explain what happened and when I came. He informed me to take my car to get a diagnosis on it and if it was found that they were at fault he can file a claim. I did what was asked of me it was something simple as an o-ring for my car that they did not put back on that cause an entire mess. Of course he did not want to honor nor admitted even with the diagnosis I provided that it was their fault. I asked for corporate number he stated they dont have one only a email I have tried to contact them so many times and no one has yet to reach out to me. It was the fact the manager was rude and incompetent about what he was reading. Every business should have a main contact number for a corporate office as big as this organization is. This business needs to be investigated or closed down. As people we pay for a service not attitudes or destruction to our vehicles and the only source of contact is a **** email!!!!!

      went in for an oil change at Take 5 Oil Change, and they offered me an additional service a cooling system exchange which I agreed to. I was charged $376, but the staff appeared inexperienced and did not perform the service correctly. Within days, my vehicle suffered a major breakdown. When I returned, they claimed the issue was due to prior service, but I had only owned the vehicle five days. Based on my experience, their poor service directly contributed to the problem, and I would caution others before using this location.
