    I think this company is a ****. I ordered a book that was supposed to be "free," with a $7.95 postage fee (which obviously is NOT free). It has been three months, and still no book. They "claim" that it's been tracked and supposedly mailed, but I have yet to receive it.I filled out a claim form to get my monies returned, but no response from them.

    We regret to hear about this experience and would love to get this customer taken care of. 

    Both in the video and in the written details for our promotional offer, it's made clear that the book is free. We do request that customers cover the shipping and handling costs to receive their copy of the book.

    We see this customer has been in touch with our Support Team, with recent replies through email. We see that the Claim Link was utilized successfully and regret any issues they had encountered. 

    We'll also contact the customer directly to help get this resolved!

    ****************.. very dishonest an manipulative with their marketing tactics. They say one thing then do the opposite. Not a trustworthy team at all unfortunately in my experience. Went to buy 1 book then turn around an get charger for a subscription I had no idea I was signed up for. An I'm the type to vigilant with reading all the fine print an making sure it is was it says it is. But no unfortunately, I didn't see that or they had it very well. All I wanted was a book why would there be a subscription attached to that. Then contacted their hr team they completely gas lit me an pretty much said what I read an what I saw wasn't in fact what I read or saw. So my experience was a bad one.

    I think it's a great company with really good ingredients and wonderful customer service! For whatever reason my computer did not want to download the free download. I contacted customer service in an email and within a day they responded by sending it directly to me in an email.
