    Livingood really lives up to it's name!! The customer service they have is to notch, you can even Feel that they truly Care! Something that's lacking all over these days! I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart for doing their part to make the world a better place and that's Not just a saying, the show it!! They not only responded to my email right away but they also actively engaged on a personal level.

    I have been following the Livingood Company and using their products for about four years. I have ordered merchandise, supplements, year-long memberships, used the subscription ordering, watched training, master classes, live shows, and most recently purchased a Lifetime Membership. The customer service is outstanding. I have submitted many questions via email and every question was answered quickly. If you choose to join, the terms of membership are simple and easy to understand - nothing is hidden. If you choose a subscription for products, it is also simple and can be modified easily or skipped or stopped at any time. I've never had to return anything, so I can't speak about that. The Team is always positive, upbeat, and very patient when corresponding. No problems with shipping. Great products. Great resources. Always a good experience with them. I give them 5 stars.

    This is an amazing book! I havent finished it yet but l am more than halfway through. Its so good information and its just eye opening to health and going to the root cause of what causes diseases. I am sharing information from this book with many of my friends!     Livingood Daily Support Team has been a fantastic customer support. I get a response in 24 hours whenever I have an issue. I had registered for a challenge, but I keep getting a reminder to register. The Support Team checked into the matter and informed me that my registration has been entered and verified.     Dr.Livingood was a direct answer to my prayer! Im so grateful God answered my prayer within a few days of asking. I had been experiencing a great amount of joint pain with a burning sensation in my arms and legs when I went to bed at night. I kept thinking inflammation is in my body, but why? Ive always been health conscious and worked out my entire adult life. I was competitive in running and triathlons and thought I ate the right foods. When DLGs video came across my ******** it got my attention. I ordered and read his book and one month later joined the lifestyle membership. Within 5 days of following his eating plan, my pain went away and never came back! The other benefits of weight loss, energy, sleeping better and just feeling better in general was a plus. Its been almost a year now and Ive learned so much about living a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. You cant put a price tag on your health. Simple changes and understanding the bad foods in our grocery stores and restaurants was a real eye opener for me. *** sincerely and passionately cares about people building their own health. He is a breath of fresh air! I wish all doctors cared about their patients as much and learned about nutrition instead of prescribing drugs for everything! Thank you from the bottom of my heart DLG! I am now a lifelong member. Theres no turning back! On another note, customer service has been outstanding! I ordered a product I didnt like and was refunded immediately as well as being told to keep it. Questions are answered quickly. The private FB page is awesome for encouragement, ideas and coaching!

    Excellent customer service. I was trying to move from an annual membership to a lifetime membership. They showed me how to do it and issued the promised $200 refund quickly. Great support team.

    I have attempted to contact someone to give me a refund because I do not want to do his program Not only have I spoken to six people that have not refunded my card, but they are hanging up on me now. I would think twice before ordering anything because if for some reason you want a refund you will not get it.
