    Terrible experience with this company. Anyone looking for a professional drive installation, whether asphalt or recycled, please reconsider before engaging with this company. 1. I signed a 'contract" with them July 21 2021. The driveway was to be a half-moon shaped driveway. It cost $6200.00. It's still not completed. It's November 29th. Note, I had to request the 'signed' contract at least twice before I received it via text image. Also note, after 4 or more times (I've lost count of the number of times I've requested a copy of the back of the contract that contains the refund and warranty language, I've still not received it. 2. While they were creating it, I asked if it could be sealed and was informed it could for an additional $1600 dollars. I decided to proceed thinking it could extend the life of the driveway for a little longer than if I didn't have it 'sealed". Clearly, I was taken advantage of... Issue 1: The driveway is sloppy and incomplete and not what was agreed to; it's not a consistent depth (in terms of the amount of asphalt used in all the areas); weeds, grass are breaking/growing through in areas that clearly do not have sufficient asphalt; crumbling edges (and in the middle); uneven, etc. There is a large portion of the drive where, immediately after sealing, he drove the truck (and hitched trailer) over it - a trailer that had been stored in my front yard. Now that part of the drive is crumbling, no longer 'smooth', has weeds growing out of it and deep indentations left by the tires. The 'sealant' has washed away on a good portion of the driveway. Weeds are growing through in areas that clearly do not have sufficient asphalt. I was told by Andrew he'd come out and address any issues within the first year, when I signed the contract. Message after message, I've been provided excuses as to why they can't come out. Roller is broke, Roller fell off the trailer, they don't guarantee that weeds won't grow through the asphalt, etc. When I stressed to the manger (wife) that the reason the weeds are growing through the asphalt AND sealant is perhaps because there's insufficient asphalt down, she told me he'd be out on Oct 29th but then no one showed up, again. Issue 2: Aside from the poor work product, if you choose to hire this company, please make sure you have room in your front yard for them to store their equipment, if need be. In my case, it was used as storage for what I thought would be a few days or maybe a week. It turned out to be for weeks on end because the truck they used to haul the asphalt broke down, then the shop that was to repair the truck, well, all the employees had Covid so no one could repair the truck. Apparently, they weren't willing to find another repair shop to repair their truck. Issue 3: I also suggest if you hire this company, you make sure to be at your home while they're working on the driveway because you may need to call or text them to let them know it's past 9pm, completely dark, no workers are around and but the roller machine is still on/running and located on the street. I've just lost a very hard-earned $7800.00. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Until this company can clean up their act and deliver quality product and in a professional manner, I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. I'm currently having to request quotes from other licensed and insured companies to rectify the mess in my front yard. In short, please conduct due diligence on this company if your seriously considering hiring them. Lastly, most of the communications I have had with them are via text messages. Please ensure your document all your communications that you have with this company and ensure you receive a copy of the 'contract", front AND BACK, before allowing ANY work to begin on your property.
