    ****** at Crossover Roofing provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about ensuring the project went smoothly. Every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly, and she made the entire process stress-free. Her professionalism and attention to detail stood out, and its clear shes passionate about delivering top-notch service. I couldnt be happier with my experience and highly recommend ****** and the Crossover Roofing team for any roofing needs!

    I cant say enough good things about this company. I called and got an appointment within a couple days. ***** went out to my dads house called me and told me what was going on and fixed it right on the spot. Very reasonable rates. He was professional and so polite. ****** sent me a text and emailed my invoice with an option to pay over the phone or send in a check. I called to go ahead and pay the invoice and she was super nice. You just dont find companys anymore with pleasant employees. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option.

    I had heard only good comments about Crossover way before I ever needed this type of service. I ended up replacing my roof and gutters. No hassle, well planned, professional, was kept well informed and the staff were some of the most wonderful people that I have met. I plan on calling Crossover for some other services they provide in the near future.

    Crossover Roofing came highly recommended and I am so happy I made the call. *** was fantastic to work with and was very accommodating to my schedule. Once everything was scheduled, the work was completed in one day and there was nothing left on the ground. The new roof looks amazing. I have already recommended Crossover to several friends. It is nice to find a company that takes pride in what they do.
