            i had my roof replaced in early 2022. 20 year warrenty on shingles and 5 years labor. they had to reshingle the back side of my house in late 2023. Because of constant leaks. worse than my original roof. said he was going to do the front, when they receive more matching shingles. That was summer of 2023. In January of 2024, said they would do it this month. Here it is March and I have 2 big leaks from the front side of my house now. They even admitted that the old crew did bad work and they were replaced. *** contacted ***** and ******* several times and still nothing has been done. Im tired of putting bowls out every time it rains. I just want it fixed correctly. Im going to TV 2, on your side, complaint department next.

            Need an honest roofing contractor? Call **** ****! Her Team is professional, knowledgeable and puts their client's first. I highly recom!mend Crossover Roofing to everyone! I was told that I needed a new roof by 2 other roofers, when I actually only needed repair work and several shingles replaced. My boot around the chimney also needed some attention, but that's it! MJ and the amazing folks at Crossover were honest and saved me thousands of dollars, instead of taking advantage of me...knowing that I wasn't going to climb up on my roof to question their inspection. That speaks VOLUMES about their integrity and why they've been in business so long. Thanks Crossover Roofing!!!
