    I am terrible with technology and was having a hard time downloading pics of my teeth. This caused my account to go into default. I was told by email that if I bring my account current we can talk about a refund. I refuse to pay a dime more. I'm already out $300. I was lied to. Now I'm told if I bring my account current they will move forward with my order but no refund. They lie and I have all the proof.

    I am sorry to hear you decided to discontinue your payments however, this is a breach of contract as per the terms and conditions you accepted at the point of sale. There is no refund option on this order as it was placed back in March, and you are outside of the cooling off period to change your mind. We can see you received your impression kit in March and we are still awaiting images of your natural teeth for a suitability assessment. The installments do need to be made on the agreed dates or your order is at risk of being closed. We encourage you to send us the images of your teeth and bring your account up to date as a matter of urgency to avoid the order being closed and non-refundable. You can do this by logging into your Partial.ly account to make the missed payments.

    This is a horrible product! Ive had a better fit with vampire teeth at halloween! The customer service is totally sketchy and full of BS loopholes as to why a customer can't get a refund. BEWARE

    The customer reached out to us at the weekend when we are closed to raise some concerns about the fit of the product - we replied to that email approximately half an hour ago to request further evidence as this is covered under the 30 day Manufacturer's Warranty - once we receive the visuals we need we can agree a resolution for the customer.

    SCAM!! First of all, the "veneers" are so fake they are comical. They look like part of a halloween costume. You cant even talk in them. This product is a joke and should cost $30 if you wanna walk around feeling like **************** from ****** the Menace. They wont offer you a refund because you have ************************? This is such a c*** reason, the product is not what it shows online. It is a massive disappointment and I am super unhappy with the product, but they dont care. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!

    Further to our reply to you directly, the only way we can assess an issue with a final product is by seeing the issue and reviewing it with ************** which we are willing to do. We have requested the details numerous times but you have refused to provide any visuals to allow us to investigate. We are unable to consider any resolution as realistically we cannot make a decision on a product we have not yet seen and its not unreasonable to ask for us to ask you to provide visuals as per the warranty policy, to allow us to do that. I hope you will provide what is required to enable this to move forward.

    I rarely give negative reviews but at this price point I feel its necessary. I can say their payment options are good, but thats about it. My biggest problem with this company is the misleading way they represent customer satisfaction. Sure they probably guarantee to make sure it fits your teeth, I didnt have a problem with that. My problem is this product looks ridiculous. I would say I couldve bought this plastic vampire teeth at Halloween cut the fangs and that wouldve looked more realistic than this device did. I would be more humiliated to wear this thing than I am about my current dental lack of perfection. I feel pretty robbed honestly. Paying almost $500 dollars for only the top teeth is one thing but then receiving something I can never use, very disappointing. So when I reached out in an attempt to get at least a partial refund I recall the guarantees in my email box everyday and on their website about guaranteed satisfaction boasting their high rating online (they buy there reviews) , so I reached out. They responded on how important it is that I am satisfied, but that there will be no refunds. Basically the only thing they are guaranteeing you is that this will fit your teeth, and mine fits, fits so well that it damaged thousands of dollars worth of dental work I have when I popped it in and out the very first time. So now really how much did this thing I can never use cost me? And not surprising at all, in my impression kit (long long before you actually get your veneer) is a post card offering a chance to win 500 dollars is you post a good review about their business. Ultimately this is probably the shadiest company I have ever done business with making huge profits using manipulative tactics. If this is the absolute only possible way you could improve your smile then I could see why you might be satisfied, but if it is the only option you have (snap veneers I mean) try a different company and remember you get what you pay for

    I can see you emailed us almost 2 weeks ago and we asked you to provide some images and a video of the issue to allow us to assess it under your Manufacturer's Warranty. To date we have not received any reply from you. We are more than happy to assess this for you so encourage you to provide the information to allow us to do so.

    This company is a scam! They will send you an impression kit that is absolutely terrible. If you have ever had a filling or sensitive teeth it will be unbearably painful. When you ask for refund because you have had such a terrible experience. Their useless uncaring customer service will tell you once you open that impression kit they are not obligated to refund your money even though you never used their product. This company is scamming people out of 100s of dollars. Dig deep and do you research and you will see how terrible this company truly is!

    I'm only giving it a 1 star because I have to do I can write this review. I would give it no stars if I could. I am so upset right now. I choose this company because I thought they would be great from reading the reviews and after all the research I did. Well I talked to someone from the company that told me to send my unopened kit back because it would be too difficult and wouldn't look good on me. Let me add that I paid an extra ****** dollars for the express service. I was looking forward to getting some of my confidence back and being able to smile again. I was an addict for years and have been in recovery for 6 years now, so this smile meant everything to me. Well I was a little hurt but I took the kit and sent it back unopened as I was told so that I could get my refund. Well it's been days since I have and they are saying that they still have not received it. I didn't know to get a tracking number. I have been trying to get my money back for days. I have talked to people in chat and still no refund. Today I spoke with a chat agent named ******. She ended the chat twice and said that she had other customers to help that once they receive the kit then they would start the refund process. I wish I would have thought to screenshot the first conversation. When she ended the chat I immediately reached back out and got the same girl and I took screenshots of the 2nd conversation were she ended the chat again. I feel completely lost right now. I suggest anyone who is unsure and doing research as I did to rethink this company. They are so fast with charging your card but don't want to stand behind their policy. I have never been treated like this. I would suggest pop on veneers. I wish I would have chosen them. Spare your self. They don't stand by what they claim. I'm so upset.

    Hi ****** I am sorry to hear you are upset - here at instasmile we would not wish to compromise on quality by providing a product that would not work for a particular dental profile - in those cases we would rather be upfront and refund the order before it starts. We appreciate this decision is upsetting, it isn't a decision we take lightly but sometimes a clip on veneer is just not viable as in your case. We ask for the kit to be returned in order to refund in full. At present your kit hasn't arrived back with us but its only been a few days so please do not worry it can take up to a week - it will not affect the status of your refund. I will monitor this personally for the rest of the week and update you and at that point I hope we can resolve this for you.****** Customer Experience Team

    If you have a payment problem with Instasmile, your account will be cancelled and you forfeit whatever amount you have paid. No exceptions. My method of payment was hacked and I was given a new card. It took 10 days to get the new card. Instasmile notified me of the problem by using an email sender address that did not include Instasmile. It went to my spam folder. They sent me another email the same way 7 days later notifying me I was in default on my contract and forfeited over $400 in payments made. Calling customer service did nothing. They dont handle payment issues. Contacting them by email resulted in the standard response, contract defaulted, no refund or reconsideration. They do not offer a means to discuss the problem, make up missing payments or change the method of payment. Their 7 day window is absolute. INSTASMILE is a scam designed to take advantage of their customers. Im not the first or last to have this experience with Instasmile. DO NOT BUY INSTASMILE!

    I am unable to locate an order using the name or email address provided.  Generically speaking if a payment is missed, we send a notification to the customer to ask them to bring this up to date within 7 days as this is a breach of contract as per the terms and conditions accepted a the point of sale.  If after 7 days the payment has not been received and the customer has not contacted us, we reach out to advise the order is closed due to contract breach - these are standard communications.  If after that the customer contacts us and wishes to make the payment - or explains any issues they have had - we will always work with them and if payments are caught up in most cases the order can be reinstated.  We do not offer refunds on orders outside of the cooling off period of 3 days as this is a custom made item.  Instasmile is not a scam, but if you take finance to pay for your order, you are responsible to maintain those payments or there are consequences, just like any finance agreement.  If this customer wants to get in touch and bring their payments up to date we will be more than happy to review their case.

    Awful , just awful. Dont be fooled by the pictures. They are probably fake. I tried it and the teeth look completely fake. Like ***************** in the mask . They have not given me the time of day or my money back. Save yourself dont ever order these.

    I placed an order and was told later on I am not qualified. Instead of just offering a refund, they are still wanting me to pay $159 for a "cancellation fee". How does that work when they said I cannot use their product? Company is run by scam artists, stay away. Luckily, I used an installment plan. It may hurt my credit to not pay, but I'm sure their will be a class action at some point because their practices are very questionable, to say the least.

    We received an order for a top and bottom instasmile. In the order process there is a step by step click through in which we specify the required teeth for the product to clip to. This customer proceeded to place the order but after the impression was taken, it transpired the correct clipping teeth for the upper to be viable were not present. As the customer did not wish to proceed with the lower only, we agreed to cancel the order and provide a refund. There was a $149 administration fee retained to cover the cost of the self impressions kit, shipping and assessment provided to date. We do everything we can to prevent customers who are not suitable from placing the order, and we encourage anyone who is unsure to send images of their natural teeth for a pre-order check if they are unsure. Regrettably in this case the customer continued to place the order despite not having the correct teeth for an upper product.

    They took my money and I never received my product. They kept asking for a redo of my molds which never got approved. No one ever reached out to help. Now I am out of my hard earned money and no product. Isn’t that considered theft? You take my money but produce no service or product? I’m highly disappointed! I’ve been a long time costumer, but after this experience, I’ve lost trust in this company.

    The order was placed in October 2022 and the self impressions kit was dispatched and the impression process commenced. After a 2nd attempt which was not able to be approved due to the impression being warped, we had a discussion about a 3rd attempt with the customer, giving some advice on how to avoid that happening - that was in March. No further impression or contact was received and unfortunately the order expired. We advise that impressions need to be returned to us within 90 days, and that any order over 12 months old with no contact for a period of 6 months or longer will expire without recourse as is the case here. Due to the nature of the product, the materials and ****************** which changes naturally over time, these orders are time critical which is explained in the contract and all of our communications. We are sorry the customer allowed the order to expired.
