    I am very sorry that so many people seem to be having so many difficulties with Instasmile. My experience couldn't have gone much smoother. They rejected my mold the first time, but the second time worked. After about two weeks my veneers were shipped, and I could not be happier. Everything looks and feels great! I would definitely use instasmile again no problem.Thank you instasmile for giving me a smile again!

    I ordered my Instasmile on 2-28-25. After going around the wrodl and speaking with multiple agents over the phone I finally got an agent who gave me the correct information on why the impressions were getting rejected and how to fix them. I sent the impressions in and it took almost 2 weeks for them to be completed. I finally received my smile on 4-12-25. I tried it on to find out that the impressions that were sent in were not followed. I have one tooth that is broke, so there is still some tooth there. The instasmile that was sent to me literally has an entire tooth built up so it will not go over that tooth. I ordered in the end of February to be able to have this for a certain event I have coming up. I was told Friday 4-12 that I had to send new pictures and in which I did immediately. I was told that day by the *** over the phone that I would know something within 24 hrs and it would be no issue shaving that build up down. I finally receive an email on 4-15-25 stating that I will have to do impressions again. They stated that it would take 2-3 days for me to receive, 2-3 days to send back and then 12 days to build. I ordered this 2 months before it was needed. I still do not have aproduct that fits and do not have time to completely start over due to the incompetency of this company. It was no fault of mine that this product was made incorrectly and does not fit over the broken tooth due to liberties that an employee made. I have spoken with multiple ***resentatives today and was told there is a no refund policy. I am highly disappointed with this as I spent money with expectations of a product and was sent garbage that does not fit. I was lied to by multiple ***s through this process and was drug around in circles through this process instead of someone helping me and doing their job.

    A complete scam! After 6 months and over 8 impressions later, I finally received the clip-on veneers - and they are absolute garbage!! They are bulbus and create a crooked smile. When you try and request a refund, you get more of the same slick, fast talk. They ask you to jump through more hoops and insist you subject yourself to more ridiculous pictures. At the end of the day, they value their own opinion and not the consumers. I requested a refund and proposed a refund minus a $100 for materials. I told them I was going to the *************************** scoffed. So imagine how disheartening it was to come to the BBB & find everyone else's complaints here. :(

    They hurt, they don't fit, I can't talk with them, I could not eat, not even soft food or soup, I spoke with a lisp and I can't go out wearing these. Suppose to be natural and they are bright white. They look like bubble teeth. This was so traumatic. How painful it was! I cut my mouth and panicked trying to get them in and it was worse trying to get them out! It was so hard and painful, yet they insist they can fix them! I am just going to go to a dentist and do it right and I suggest you all do the same. Save time, money and disappointment. They won't refund me anything. They insist they can make them right but after this initial experience I am afraid and honestly don't believe they can. yes, my teeth are bad, they should have just told me I wasn't a candidate. This is a company that has any intentions of helping you, they just want your money! I will pursue this further because it is the general principle! Oh, try to get live help, non-existent.

    We have approved a remake of the instasmile under the 14 day manufacturer's warranty to alleviate the tightness and revisit the design to a more natural rather than straighter smile, as requested. Refunds are not an option at this stage in line with the contract. We create veneers for many complex dental profiles and this case was not a complex one. On the subject of live help - we have lines open from 5am - 5.45pm Eastern however, anything product-related requires visuals to be sent and assessed via email. We are confident we can resolve the issues via a warranty claim.

    For over a year I've been trying to get teeth. They tell me the impressions not right. Your mouth is the wrong shape. Sent me a massive tray that obviously won't fit in my mouth and REFUSE to return my money. Even a portion. Because it's been not even 30 days over a year. **************** is trash and there is no one to talk to on the phone about the issues I've been having. So I guess a lawyer will be getting involved instead. Steer clear unless your teeth are nearly perfect or your missing like one or 2. I can't send in an impression I cannot take! It wouldn't fit in my mouth. I've been saying that since the beginning!And they are saying they can't refund because I didn't send in another impression for 6 months. But I've been asking for my money back for six months. I also have the emails proving so.

If an impression is not approved, we will always call to provide help and guidance for the next attempt - as we did last year.     Actually our last correspondence was October 22 of ******************************** to turn it sideways to insert it into my mouth. That didn't magically make my mouth grow. And when I replied to the correspondence, once saying "I will try" and a second time saying "i tried but my teeth don't fit". Because from the beginning I had been trying to explain my mouth is too small to fit the smaller one. I have all of the emails for reference as well.

    I am on my 13th impression and no matter what I do they will not approve my top impression. The bottom was approved the 1st try. I have done everything they say and call every time and follow their instructions but no matter what I do, they won't approve it. I understand they have their standards but at this point I rather get a refund and go with another company as I am going around toothless and it is killing my self esteem. But they refuse a refund and won't approve my impressions even though I follow their steps exactly! I'm starting to think they will never approve them and I'm just out $500.

    A bunch of ******** and I will also be seeing about reporting to the BBB as well. I sent images of my teeth, which I only needed the bottoms for my gap between my two teeth. After wasting so much time taking MULTITUDES of pictures, and doing the impression a few times, I was told that they can't service me and they went ahead and cancelled my order. They are still trying to charge me $149, but FOR WHAT!!! The impression kit is free, so what are you charging me for? I should charge you for wasting my f'ing time. And to think I told a whole bunch of people about it, just to tell them nevermind and that you guys are crooks. Will be going to my bank and filing a dispute ??? not getting free money from me.

    Hi ******* I am sorry we were unable to make a lower instasmile for you due to excessive plaque. The first part of the order process is to send images of your natural teeth for assessment - we ask for that as soon as the order is placed - and we advise not to attempt the impressions until that assessment is made. Despite that you went ahead and took impressions and then were deemed unsuitable. For that reason an administration fee has been retained by instasmile, to cover the cost of the impressions kit, shipping etc. The fee is $149 of the 400 you paid and the rest has been returned. If you had followed the process, you would have been able to return the unused kit to us, once deemed unsuitable, for a full refund less $25 restocking fee.******

    That's not even what happened in the slightest. I NEVER got an email requesting images until AFTER I received the impressions... which is quite misleading, especially for people who have certain disabilities... another issue is the "excessive plaque" is actually past my gum line and is actually a split gum from a dentist who destroyed my gumline to my front bottom 2 teeth. The veneer wouldn't even be bothered by that as it's not where the veener would be. It seems like a bunch of bologna and made up excuses. Maybe instead of sending a product out first, you do the assessment before shipping a product, especially if you're going to deny them in the first place. No one wants to pay a shipping fee for a wasted assessment. I was willing to pay for the bottom veneer...

    Its a scam. Stay away. They charge you 600 dollars for veneers and then they send you an impression it cost 25 dollars. I did the impressions 7 times. They never approve it. I dont know how they can tell if its approved or not from a picture. They never send you any thing in writing why its not approved. They should take the cost of the impression first and then when they approve you for veneer take the rest of the money. You will never get a refund. Its a scam. Stay away
